It’s very difficult because you want to reject the pain, but precisely the key is to accept it and trust that, although at that moment you don’t have the capacity to know the reason, you will learn thanks to it and also that in despair you must trust that things will start to improve. To anyone who is going through a painful moment, I recommend that you lean on those around you and seek professional help, it makes a big difference when it comes to understanding ourselves, why and how we react to situations and what are the things that we must work to be well.

Really the best youtube channel ever. He is the greatest Motivational video maker. I would've achieved my goal if I never stopped watching watching his videos. I started with great hope and did well until I followed all of his videos.. But slowly I got out of the track and ended up in trash now. I'm feeling so much of guilt while watching his videos again....now I'm on verge of my age to achieve anything....

I started to use an NLP anchoring technique when watching these videos. Hold your thumb and middle finger together. Your brain builds a connection. Then when you need motivation to carry on the grind you can put you finger and thumb together and your brain will link it to the feeling you get from these videos.

Just subscribed, there's just something about that voice... That tone... That pushes you to keep going. The editing, everything. Man, I feel so much better. I just wish I was less fearful all the time. I may feel "better", but when I go in public, the anxiety will come back. Feeling tense all the time - that will not pass. Maybe someday, I can encounter horror and not cower in fear due to all of this tension. It's so exhausting. I hope I can apply it to the real world, I really do.
