I am now on year 4 of a 6 year part-time degree but have just had to spend 45 days in hospital with my child, so take the rough with the smooth.

It's a reality, worked 2:15 pm till next day 7:15am. Lunches for my 2 kids, sleep for 5 hrs and again going to work till next day, did it for 40 years, and find time to work out. I cried during divorce, laid off after 26 years working same company, I cried but u know you can only cry so much, stop feeling sorry, get tougher resilient, everything is a temp situation Learn control your emotions. Believe in yourself and God will give the strength to continue. I am 67 still kicking and still facing challenges. Life is good 👍

I'm at my rock bottom today, I needed this in a bad way. I've gotten rejected for a job over and over. I'm getting out of the army in less than a week and I have no job lined up, no degree, and little professional experience. I'm going to create my own job and hire myself and start my own business. I'm going to make this happen and I will be resilient and successful. I can do this

I quit opiates this month, I didn't make a choice to do so, it just happened to be by chance. i'm on week 2 of being sober and i feel stronger, clearer than before. But my luck, i got FLU-A which i found out turned into pneumonia today. but I will persevere. i will overcome. quitting or taking a step back cant be an option. nor will it ever be. J-26 2022

My friend jumped from the 5th floor. Miraculously, he survived, although he had broken legs and complicated surgeries. In all this tragedy, this experience was his wake-up call. This has been the hardest time for me. My friend Charlee died in an atv accident in November and it hurts. I cry every night. I miss her smile. She was such a happy spirit. Im struggling in uni academically and i wanted to quit but i decided to continue because i want to make my parents proud. I want a good career so i could try repay everything my parents did for me. I promise my parents i will be so successful i could buy my parents whatever they want/need.

My friend jumped from the 5th floor. Miraculously, he survived, although he had broken legs and complicated surgeries. In all this tragedy, this experience was his wake-up call. He could finally start his life over again. Away from toxic people and girls who destroyed him as a person. Don't wait to jump and fight for yourself and your life. We all fall sometimes. However, the diamond is shaped under pressure. Difficult experiences can make us the best version of ourselves.
This is my favorite video. It is the most motivational thing that I have heard on the internet period! We all have our own trials and tribulations. This is the kind of stuff that I was listening to when I was training for the olympics and also while I was going to state championships national championships as well. It's very powerful! I have passed this on to my friends and my family. Amazing, amazing real talk! I thought they only did this to high level athletes, but this kind of mental training should be available to everyone. Everyone thinks they can do it by themselves, but I know this is the real deal. Thank you for sharing this. I remember and I will use this regardless of what anyone says.

This has been the hardest time for me. My friend Charlee died in an atv accident in November and it hurts. I cry every night. I miss her smile. She was such a happy spirit. My friends have also been really mean to me lately and I don’t know what to do. People always tell me “You’re not enough” “ You’re a cow” “You’re not going to make it” “You’re not pretty enough” I’m trying to push through it.
