I’m not perfect. But my general advice is JGBB (Just get busy bro) usually when these thoughts and temptations come into my mind it’s when I’m not doing anything, or I’m not working towards anything. I’m not going to tell you what to focus on or what to do, I’m confident you know what you wanna do that you’re not doing yet. Get started bro. It’s hard to step away from that when it’s on your mind constantly because your mind is idle. If you wanna find yourself a girl, get out there and date, that’s cool, but I’d say get away from dating apps and approach them in public. Remember tho, she’s there to make your life better, if she doesn’t fit in to your life and or goals and isn’t the way you want her to be, let it go bro. You set the standard for what’s tolerable and what’s not. If she’s not up to your standards initially that’s okay but she has to be working towards that otherwise let her go. Delete instagram, and other platforms where you see that the sexual type of content if it’s not productive and contributing to your betterment, get rid of it. Same thing with people, get rid of bad company that doesn’t better you, if they have negative habits you will probably fall into them too. Focus on your growth and development of your masculinity, confidence, learn skills, better your health and fitness.
