But every single day since those tryouts, I've been practicing for more than 5 hours a day. I'm never going to give up on my dream to make the team someday. I watched this 4 years ago when this video was published. I remember getting the notification and being so excited to hear the message. I was working as a bus driver and had a dream of starting my own IT business. I took risks, was defeated, gave up, started over again, cried and laughed more times than I can count. Man these videos have done me well. Looking back I wasn't a good student in high school. I got D's and C's freshman year. Looking back being a senior, HARD WORK PAYS OFF! Watching these videos really changed my life, Im now set to graduate and am choosing between two pretty good colleges. I want to tell people that its never too late to change yourself. I first watched this video when it first came out in 2014. I was a senior in high school back then. A lot has happened in my life since. I've dealt with so many things that many other people have dealt with. I have had ups and downs. Whenever I'd find myself in really low place I would come back to this video, and it would help me to find a reason to keep pushing through the physical, emotional, and mental pain and trauma that I've been dealing with. I have been married for over 6 years now and I have 3 year old son, and I am seeing the success, and the fruits of my labor being produced. Now, I watch this video at the highpoint in my life, because it reminds me of all the low points I've had. All the times I sat in my car crying because I didn't want to be rejected by people again, all the times I woke up in agonizing pain, just to go to sleep feeling the same way. The many times I failed in school due to my inability to manage work, school, and my family at the same time. The betrayal of people that were close to me, and having an identity crisis. I listen to this video now every day as a friendly reminder that no matter what happens in life you must keeping pushing forward, and you must turn failures into successes. Never give up, and never give in. Everyday I tell myself that "Life doesn't get easier, you just get stronger". You must decide each day to be stronger than you were yesterday, and you must be relentless, and attack the day without mercy. At the same time understand that everyone has a different size cup, and some of our cups overflow quicker than others. Don't be judgmental but instead show empathy to those around you. Guys, I have been working super hard on this project, 6 straight days, minimal food, minimal sleep, pulling my hair out, and I finally cracked it on the 7th day at 4 AM in the morning. I'm 26. In the last 2 years, I came out of school with no job, went through my first breakup of real love, and had to live at home. I thought I was a failure in all aspects of life. Recently, I found out my ex is now seeing someone new. I wrote a 4 page manifesto of my feelings and goals. It takes courage to start over again, but in a year I will no longer hate myself. I will accomplish the goals I have set for myself, and when I do I will go back to the beaches where I was once happy for the first time, finally ready to move on and start my life. Everyone has their own struggle, but we'll get through this together.
I first listened to this video on the 6th of January 2016. Almost 5months later I've listened to it almost every day...maybe missing 6days at the very most. Since that first day I've memorized the whole script to this video. I've dragged myself out of bed on days when I would've much rather had slept for the full day. I've changed my lfe around, I've lost almost 10kg and I'm happy with that. 10x that to go. I push myself harder. I can do the plank for 2minutes, 15 proper full pressups, 50 situps and 30 jump squats. I can run for longer and most of all my dream of being a champ in the cycling industry is coming closer day by day. I can cycle for well over an hour at 80-100rpm without stoppping. I love it and I'm happy with myself. I've got a long way to go but I will make this goal become a reality. I CAN I CAN I CAN!!!!

Started soccer at 16, got cut from my high school varsity team when my best friend and i tried out together in 2014, he made the team in junior year and i got cut trying out. Wanted to try out again senior year and even though everyone said the coach doesn’t take seniors I fought hard and was the only senior to make the team in 2015 . Not even cause of skill just cause of my heart. Played one year in my college in 2018 cause I wasn’t the best but just loved the gsme so much to push myself. Videos like these are what helped me those days going to the field alone when everyone told me the coach would never take a senior player who was trying out and wouldn’t start. Never give up people and thanks for the videos . Update MAY 2021: After receiving my bachelors degree, playing one year of college soccer, I moved to new jersey and started playing sunday league. I got an opportunity from a friend of mine to play in italy in an academy and get my masters degree abroad. It’s crazy how opportunities line up out of nowhere and EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. Reporting back in. I started listening to this about 7 years ago. I had just failed with a company and I didn't know where to go from there. I listened to it for hours on end, reprogramming my mind. I recalled it today, that maybe this mindset wasn't just all mine - that I'd gotten it from somewhere. I've gotten to somewhere where I'd call myself successful. Definitely on my way. Just a year ago i was sitting in my car crying and trying to decide if i would continue living my life or not,i was desperate.Nothing was working. I said to myself i will give it one more shot even though i couldnt see many things positive. I started working out again while my mind was tearing my body apart,i cried to keep going,started reading new book 2 pages a day because i couldnt do more,started eating a bit more,started confronting my fears when i already built them to be tall as mountains and kept repeating i will make it ,that i can do it.Every day was hard but i kept pushing harder. Today i am doing fine finishing my studies,i am working in my small company and today i completed my first big job and most importantly i am in love with a wonderful person. But something was missing.I typed motivational video after a long time and found this video.Your videos kept me alive a year ago while i was crawling on the floor alone,and tears rushed into my eyes ,because old feelings came in,but i didnt cry from sadness but happiness that i beat it. Almost 10 years ago I was walking home from my college campus when this video came out. I was failing my classes, single, and living in quiet desperation. But I had a dream. I had a goal. 4 months ago i found out my wife was cheating on me. She took everything the car, house, our 3 kids. The thought of having to start over with less than nothing and having to pay for child support while saving up to get a place to live was overwhelming. +mrtincatinca after getting past the victim stage i started to analyze myself and my situation. i worked 7 days a weeks from 7 am to 9 pm for a month straight. i blocked her from my phone because she was always putting me down. In my case i knew she wasnt the right one for me but i stuck around for my kids. But just focus on your work and make sure its something you love to do because if you hate it that'll make u feel worse and your recovery will take longer
I was taken from my mother at 5 years old , 12 years old I started training in the gym a year later turned into a passion and disire I said I'm going to enter a natural bodybuilding compitition and win. at age 18 I started serching for my mother, in the mean time I trained for my first bodybuilding compitition and and got 1st place . then entered the UK champion ships and got 2nd place , 2 months later I found my mum, and now it's time to win the UK championships and go to America. This video saved my life. 1 year ago I stumbled across this video while trying to find some stupid comedy video. I hit play and almost turned it off, but something made me not do it. 1 year ago I was on my way to an early grave. I had a serious eating problem, and had ballooned up to just shy of 400 pounds. At my most recent weigh in, I was down to 250 pounds. I've lost 150 pounds over the last year. No surgeries, no personal trainer, no special anything. Just diet and hard work. I thank God every day for allowing me to find this video. I watch it almost every day. When that man screams I can, I can, I can, that is what lit a fire in me. I hope there are more of you put there.
Further update on my journey. I am now down to 185. At one point was down to 173 but looked like a skeleton so I put myself to where I am comfortable. In the last year I have been between 180 and 190 with great aspect on life.

6 years ago I reached the lowest point in my personal and professional life. I watched this video religiously every morning when I first woke up. It gave me the needed energy to pull myself out of bed and take action for my life. This video was the catalyst to finding my happiness. It was a long multi-year struggle, but I did it. I listened to this video multiple times a day while I was trying to finish my last semester of university, juggling court constantly with my ex husband and caring for 3 children. Currently trying to break free of a Spinning to music addiction ( Something that I have had since I was born) that has crippled my time management and other areas of my life. The first time I saw this video was in a big room at the start of last year. My last year of school ever. It was a few months in through year 12 and it was just so overwhelming to the point where I was giving up on myself and I kept putting in my head that there was no way I was going to graduate because I kept failing and failing.. Until our teachers invited a motivational speaker to help us see past the stress & help us prepare for the future towards finishing year 12. I know I wasn't the only feeling the same in the room. There were so many "What If's". What if I don't make it? What if I don't pass? What if it's not enough? ...and then when he made us watch this film the room was so quiet, even when the video finished. No one said a word, I saw a couple of people with their heads down, some were even wiping their tears away as quick as possible so others wouldn't judge & I was one of those people. Once we left the room when the presentation was done it felt different. Hearing something like this changed inside in some sort of way and it made me feel better and less stressed. I listened to this video, the words mainly every time I'd tell myself to quit. It went on for almost half a year. Long story short, I graduated. Soon to study into the course of something that I've dreamed of and worked for. All those nights staying up late and crying, feeling frustrated, sacrificing sleep and to have fun with friends. It's worth it in the end. Just believe in yourself. Eventually I did. and I've overcome it. I'm proud of myself & that's enough for me :)

I have been there just over a month ago. It's ok to feel bad. You might not see any light at the end of the tunnel, but better days will come. 9 years ago, I was 16 and didn’t know much about life. But I downloaded this to my phone and listened to it all throughout my life. I lost that phone and just this year I found the old file on a usb drive I downloaded the files of my old phone to. I saw “unbroken” in music and clicked on it and listened to it. All of it. It reignited that fire. Here I am at 25, and the last year of my life I lost my step dad, my dog, my life is in disarray and I lost myself. Ive always felt i would never get muscle. I was 149 lbs and super skinny freshman of highschool and now ive gained 25 lbs and its all because of this motivational video. I went from 100 push ups a day, now to 200 push ups a day and an additional max reps of pullups any time i see a ledge in my free time. I realized success is not gonna come when you wish but will come when you GRIND!!!

I watched this 4 years ago when this video was published. I remember getting the notification and being so excited to hear the message. I was working as a bus driver and had a dream of starting my own IT business. I took risks, was defeated, gave up, started over again, cried and laughed more times than I can count. Today I'm running the same little company, self-employed. We broke $150k in revenues last year and this year signed more contracts in a year than in the last 4. If I can do it, you can too. Mo Chroi and you should always do that. If something is brining you down, for example the environment you in, the people etc, then leave. It's hard, one of the hardest things to do actually, but it's the only way out. We deserve better, and we can only get better by making the right choices. At the end of the day it's about yourself. Man these videos have done me well. Looking back I wasn't a good student in high school. I got D's and C's freshman year. Looking back being a senior, HARD WORK PAYS OFF! Watching these videos really changed my life, Im now set to graduate and am choosing between two pretty good colleges. I want to tell people that its never too late to change yourself. I first watched this video when it first came out in 2014. I was a senior in high school back then. A lot has happened in my life since. I've dealt with so many things that many other people have dealt with. I have had ups and downs. Whenever I'd find myself in really low place I would come back to this video, and it would help me to find a reason to keep pushing through the physical, emotional, and mental pain and trauma that I've been dealing with. I have been married for over 6 years now and I have 3 year old son, and I am seeing the success, and the fruits of my labor being produced. Now, I watch this video at the highpoint in my life, because it reminds me of all the low points I've had. All the times I sat in my car crying because I didn't want to be rejected by people again, all the times I woke up in agonizing pain, just to go to sleep feeling the same way. The many times I failed in school due to my inability to manage work, school, and my family at the same time.
The betrayal of people that were close to me, and having an identity crisis. I listen to this video now every day as a friendly reminder that no matter what happens in life you must keeping pushing forward, and you must turn failures into successes. Never give up, and never give in.
Everyday I tell myself that "Life doesn't get easier, you just get stronger". You must decide each day to be stronger than you were yesterday, and you must be relentless, and attack the day without mercy. At the same time understand that everyone has a different size cup, and some of our cups overflow quicker than others. Don't be judgmental but instead show empathy to those around you.

I'm 26. In the last 2 years, I came out of school with no job, went through my first breakup of real love, and had to live at home. I thought I was a failure in all aspects of life. Recently, I found out my ex is now seeing someone new. I wrote a 4 page manifesto of my feelings and goals. It takes courage to start over again, but in a year I will no longer hate myself. I will accomplish the goals I have set for myself, and when I do I will go back to the beaches where I was once happy for the first time, finally ready to move on and start my life. Everyone has their own struggle, but we'll get through this together.

I first listened to this video on the 6th of January 2016. Almost 5months later I've listened to it almost every day...maybe missing 6days at the very most. Since that first day I've memorized the whole script to this video. I've dragged myself out of bed on days when I would've much rather had slept for the full day. I've changed my lfe around, I've lost almost 10kg and I'm happy with that. 10x that to go. I push myself harder. I can do the plank for 2minutes, 15 proper full pressups, 50 situps and 30 jump squats. I can run for longer and most of all my dream of being a champ in the cycling industry is coming closer day by day. I can cycle for well over an hour at 80-100rpm without stoppping. I love it and I'm happy with myself. I've got a long way to go but I will make this goal become a reality. I CAN I CAN I CAN!!!!

4 years later still on this.. Thank you... this influence helped me graduate twice, recover from surgery, not give up on my marriage, stand up to my health, reach out to my children who live far away, and now I'm looking for a promotion even though I might not get it.. I'm pushing forward

Didn't get the promotion but got a transfer to be closer to my kids. Now I'm working on getting a home to bring my family. I stopped talking about it and went for it. Doesn't matter what happen 4 or 9 years ago. I can, I can, I can... thank you God.
Update: I filed divorce and faced dismay upon moving here. I lost weight and gained it again. I almost lost my job, I got custody of the kids tho, however I struggled financially last year, we had our own place but we hardly had anything.
Fast forward now:
I'm back on my A game, I got sole custody of my kids, our place has been upgraded, I've come back stronger, I'm reading the right books and eating healthy. Praise God .

I'm 18 years old and I am about to graduate highschool in a month. Alittle over a month ago my dad's heart stopped beating and he passed away. Most days I can't even find the reason to wake up or to get out of bed simply cause what's the point? The one person who would just sit there and listen to me talk about some nerd crap, I have no urge to find a job.. No urge to finish school... Started soccer at 16, got cut from my high school varsity team when my best friend and i tried out together in 2014, he made the team in junior year and i got cut trying out. Wanted to try out again senior year and even though everyone said the coach doesn’t take seniors I fought hard and was the only senior to make the team in 2015 . Not even cause of skill just cause of my heart. Played one year in my college in 2018 cause I wasn’t the best but just loved the gsme so much to push myself. Videos like these are what helped me those days going to the field alone when everyone told me the coach would never take a senior player who was trying out and wouldn’t start. Never give up people and thanks for the videos .
Update MAY 2021: After receiving my bachelors degree, playing one year of college soccer, I moved to new jersey and started playing sunday league. I got an opportunity from a friend of mine to play in italy in an academy and get my masters degree abroad. It’s crazy how opportunities line up out of nowhere and EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. Listen to me, whatever you have passion for follow it with your heart, and OPPORTUNITIES WILL ARISE!

Reporting back in. I started listening to this about 7 years ago. I had just failed with a company and I didn't know where to go from there. I listened to it for hours on end, reprogramming my mind. I recalled it today, that maybe this mindset wasn't just all mine - that I'd gotten it from somewhere. I've gotten to somewhere where I'd call myself successful. Definitely on my way. I'm nowhere near finished. It took me 7 years of solid effort to get here - but nowhere near finished. It will probably take me another 7 years to get there. Or more. But I'm on my way. Just a year ago i was sitting in my car crying and trying to decide if i would continue living my life or not,i was desperate.Nothing was working.
I said to myself i will give it one more shot even though i couldnt see many things positive.
I started working out again while my mind was tearing my body apart,i cried to keep going,started reading new book 2 pages a day because i couldnt do more,started eating a bit more,started confronting my fears when i already built them to be tall as mountains and kept repeating i will make it ,that i can do it.Every day was hard but i kept pushing harder.
Today i am doing fine finishing my studies,i am working in my small company and today i completed my first big job and most importantly i am in love with a wonderful person.
But something was missing.I typed motivational video after a long time and found this video.Your videos kept me alive a year ago while i was crawling on the floor alone,and tears rushed into my eyes ,because old feelings came in,but i didnt cry from sadness but happiness that i beat it.

Almost 10 years ago I was walking home from my college campus when this video came out.
I was failing my classes, single, and living in quiet desperation. But I had a dream. I had a goal. Become a physician before I turned 30 years old.
I'm 29 now. I have a beautiful wife. I have a son. This past week I graduated from medical school. I work hard but I am at peace.

4 months ago i found out my wife was cheating on me. She took everything the car, house, our 3 kids. The thought of having to start over with less than nothing and having to pay for child support while saving up to get a place to live was overwhelming. After 2 failed suicide attempts i stumbled on this video everything changed i stopped crying, feeling sorry for myself, blaming everyone. I was taken from my mother at 5 years old , 12 years old I started training in the gym a year later turned into a passion and disire I said I'm going to enter a natural bodybuilding compitition and win. at age 18 I started serching for my mother, in the mean time I trained for my first bodybuilding compitition and and got 1st place . then entered the UK champion ships and got 2nd place , 2 months later I found my mum, and now it's time to win the UK championships and go to America. This video saved my life. 1 year ago I stumbled across this video while trying to find some stupid comedy video. I hit play and almost turned it off, but something made me not do it. 1 year ago I was on my way to an early grave. I had a serious eating problem, and had ballooned up to just shy of 400 pounds. At my most recent weigh in, I was down to 250 pounds. I've lost 150 pounds over the last year. No surgeries, no personal trainer, no special anything. Just diet and hard work. I thank God every day for allowing me to find this video. I watch it almost every day. When that man screams I can, I can, I can, that is what lit a fire in me. I hope there are more of you put there.

6 years ago I reached the lowest point in my personal and professional life. I watched this video religiously every morning when I first woke up. It gave me the needed energy to pull myself out of bed and take action for my life. This video was the catalyst to finding my happiness. It was a long multi-year struggle, but I did it. I listened to this video multiple times a day while I was trying to finish my last semester of university, juggling court constantly with my ex husband and caring for 3 children. I thought about quitting and going back the next year and thought - no would would blame me - but I wanted to show my children that they could do hard things and that it doesn't matter how hard you get knocked down you can ALWAYS get back up. 35 days of almost no sleep - with an empty degree frame sitting across from me while I slept and showered on campus (My Mom came to watch over my home and take care of everyone) I managed to start and finish 4th year calculus and a directed studies in genetic engineering. Studying for a period of time - going for a walk and listening to this over and over again to keep myself going. I listen to it now when I need a reminder and before every big thing I'm facing

The first time I saw this video was in a big room at the start of last year. My last year of school ever. It was a few months in through year 12 and it was just so overwhelming to the point where I was giving up on myself and I kept putting in my head that there was no way I was going to graduate because I kept failing and failing.. Until our teachers invited a motivational speaker to help us see past the stress & help us prepare for the future towards finishing year 12. I know I wasn't the only feeling the same in the room. There were so many "What If's". What if I don't make it? What if I don't pass? What if it's not enough? ...and then when he made us watch this film the room was so quiet, even when the video finished. No one said a word, I saw a couple of people with their heads down, some were even wiping their tears away as quick as possible so others wouldn't judge & I was one of those people.
Once we left the room when the presentation was done it felt different. Hearing something like this changed inside in some sort of way and it made me feel better and less stressed. I listened to this video, the words mainly every time I'd tell myself to quit. It went on for almost half a year.
Long story short, I graduated. Soon to study into the course of something that I've dreamed of and worked for. All those nights staying up late and crying, feeling frustrated, sacrificing sleep and to have fun with friends. It's worth it in the end. Just believe in yourself. Eventually I did. and I've overcome it.

I just started My first day of Freshmen in highschool and I look at all my friends who have changed in a bad way and who screw around and I just say I do not want to be like that I want to be something great and however many times someone says something to me that's rude or tries to distract me we'll I don't care!!!!!! The Dream video you put up has made me workout till I drop and shoot for all A's, basically it made me go above and beyond. After watching this video I'm willing to do everything top notch and be the best I can be, not only get all A's but get grades like 105% and such.

9 years ago, I was 16 and didn’t know much about life. But I downloaded this to my phone and listened to it all throughout my life. I lost that phone and just this year I found the old file on a usb drive I downloaded the files of my old phone to. I saw “unbroken” in music and clicked on it and listened to it. All of it. It reignited that fire. Here I am at 25, and the last year of my life I lost my step dad, my dog, my life is in disarray and I lost myself. I listen to this every day and work on myself like I never have before. It’s never too late. But tomorrow is too late. Start today. Love you all, be breezy, and in the words of my dad. Never quit, no matter how much you get knocked down.

Ive always felt i would never get muscle. I was 149 lbs and super skinny freshman of highschool and now ive gained 25 lbs and its all because of this motivational video. I went from 100 push ups a day, now to 200 push ups a day and an additional max reps of pullups any time i see a ledge in my free time. I realized success is not gonna come when you wish but will come when you GRIND!!!
That is not supper skinny bruv. Thats a healthy weight for a young man in high school. Not everyone has to be big and strong. Just keep doing what you love and stay true to yourself.😉
