Failed Lift Kit Joints. Rough Country 4" Long Arm lift kit joints did not hold up!

These Rough Country lift kit joints started failing only months after installation and all needed to be replaced with better quality Heim joints by the end of the second year.
Parts used for upgrade and repair:
2" Forged Johnny Joint-3/4 in-Right-0.437 in (7/16 in)-2.000 in
2 1/2" Forged Johnny Joint-1 1/4"-Right-0.562" (9/16")-2.625"

Do you find that you have to do more work on Jeans than yours. I believe hers is a newer model but I was wondering if the older ones can take more stress as I know vehicles don’t seem to be like the sturdy ones from the years past???

All vehicles will have different maintenance and repair needs, especially when they are modified like ours are.

I had to argue with them .They sent me 1 joint to replace the defective lasted one fkn day just highway driving

Lack of lubrication is definitely a problem with these joints but one day? is it binding by chance?
