hi cleo, i also suddenly got a tension headache like almost two days ago, but actually at first (like two days before that) i felt head pressure and my head felt full, right now sometimes the headache comes and goes. i feel my eyes/my eyebrow bones sometimes also ache. did it happen to you also? thank you!

My head has been aching ALL DAY! I am leery of Tylenol and other pain meds unless the pain is unbearable. I just tried three sets of each exercise. I honestly feel an 80% reduction in pain! Thank you!! 🎉

Omg I can't believe it. Long covid has extremely complicated my life. Barely sick my whole life. Went to ER today for excruciating head pain. Was given meds, they helped. Now they're worn off. I did one eyebrow, the first step and it's already working.

It’s wild I do that naturally because it does help, this coming from someone who has headaches so bad I’m incapacitated and used to bang my head against things to distract myself from the pain!

I will try this tonight,ill try anything to stop my night headache. Hits me at night like clockwork after laying down. This is worth a try
Thank you so much! I pretty much get headaches every day and whenever I search for a cure, there’s a million different ways and so far this is the only technique that has worked. Now, I don’t have to worry on what to do. Though I do have headaches sometimes that are so bad I can’t move for about 5-10 minutes ( I have to lay down) so I’m going to test this method when that happens. Note to self: also drink water lol
