I've never opened up or cleaned any of my consoles. I still have my game cube, Wii, Xbox 360s, ps3 consoles, ps4 pro, Xbox one x and have had my ps5 for a year at his point. All my consoles work. Only my original 60gb ps3 Blu-ray drive doesn't read Blu-ray movies but that's a mechanical problem but I've had that console since 2007 and never bothered to get it fixed because I got a free ps3 slim that came with my phone in 2011. I'll leave it to the professionals.
I presume this can only be done, once you are out of warranty period, cause removing that sticker cover over the fan plug will most definitely void the warranty and maybe the screw opening marks a dead giveaway that its been tampered with in case warranty is needed.
2 year warranty from Best Buy. That's all!!!
