I have one of these cheap strips. I haven't had a chance to mount it yet. The one I got is white when you turn on your reverse lights, bright red when you brake, and chase yellow for the turn signal. They have multiple wires for the turn signal so it will chase either way. Nice to see a video that shows options and doesn't only push expensive products while talking down a cheap product.
Chris, been running them amazon sequential led lights for over 8 months, I have a full video on how to make those lights look “internal” on the tail lights. Super cheesy, but is been a hit!
FYI: I’m in Europe (Netherlands) and we can have red indicators. In some counties only cars up to a certain year, but here it’s either white or amber in the front and red or amber in the rear. It’s just that the OEMs who wanna sell cars in the EU they need amber for many decades now. Just like how they need airbags, 3 point seat belts, silent exhaust etc. Once you buy it you can install the red blinkers, racing seat with harness, deep dish steering wheel and that ricer fart can exhaust as long as it complies with the much less strict rules that apply to individuals over OEMs. Hope this clears up some stuff 👍
I have them exact lights with a video in your discord. I also have pink ones on my wife's truck with a vid in your discord. I've been using them for months. The only bad part about them is the double sided adhesive. Simple fix, 3M replacement before installing them.
Great stuff you have here! But how do I make a flashing sequential tail light with just 4 bright orange led lights (or group of orange leds) and where each led (or group) is flashing for 1/3 of a second before the next led or group start flashing in a sequence as it does on the old Thunderbird?
Can u look up my rear lights and tell me what I can use? 1987 Monte Carlo Ls. digi tail is the panel made for them but don’t wanna spend 225. And wanna have something diff
Iv got an e46 that I want to make custom tail lights for with a continuous line from the normal tail lights to the lights on the boil and I was wondering if there is an easy way to have the lights linked perfectly for something like a show mode?
Daniel Bia yeah for sure. But expect to spend about 2K + if a ghozt is going to be integrated into your stock LED system. It’s about as bad as it gets. The alternative is removing the superior factory LEDs, and setting up LEDs with easier connections. The trade off is brightness.
Daniel Bia tail lights are more expensive than headlights, at the base labor level. Modifying factory LEDs to separate every single ground for each LED and hardwiring it to the ghozt, then programming the ghozt based on the amount of LEDs. I base everything on opportunity cost. So if I could do 5 or 6 smaller 1000 dollar jobs in the same time it takes wire up those lights, it gets priced 5 or 6 grand. Hope that makes sense. Underpricing labor is the bane of this industry.
Edit Got off topic in my original coment so I was trying to say saw on AliExpress sequential led whte and amber or blue and amber with the modual right on the strips they exist and cheap also it was under 10 bucks for the piece or I don't remember if it was by the meter but I found other good ones for 10 bucks for 5 meters I need to buy those just because even if it's for my dog to have a light when he shits at that price you have to buy I was just on AliExpress looking for led for Corso motion sequential modual. Want to buy it with the new LED but in all honesty I've spent so much money on stupid led strips I don't need. I have sooooo many 2812 but I also gave neopixel and adafruit. Also bought a lot of the 16x8 and 16x16, 32x8 little led squares and rectangles so I can make a mini screen with the KC t1000 controller I bought. Off topic saw on AliExpress sequential led the white and amber that have the modual right on the strip. It's a trip. Small little thing right there next to the led.
I'd like to know if you have any connections or contacts to anyone in the Chicagoland area, where I can get this done for my Chevy suburban 2001 ? Or can you do it for me ?

sinformant I’m all about affordability if it’s a reasonable level of quality 👍
Where did you get it? I'm looking for the exact thing you described
Dude, you're giving me ideas again... And I'd probably combine stuff.
i love this kind of stuff. do you have a playlist containing videos on how to get started with sequential lighting? if not you should make one.
jimster1111 yup, first one in my playlists
@@flyryde im watching it right now actually. thanks.

Cool lights i bought a set of white with amber sequential for my 94 corolla and it looks awesome on my front head lamps
Hey brother, just wanted to say thanks for ur honesty on the Amazon lights, definitely refreshing

Chip_W thanks dude! I’ll post those up!
epoxy works too. I found out you only have to put epoxy on the surface - the tape adheres pretty well.
Which LEDs are you using with the ghozt module? Look really nice!
LJimenez0185 those are the WRX drop in boards from Modified Technologies.
Which I can customize mines. It’s a panel made for them but it’s $225 1987 Monte Carlo ss
In the netherlands you can use red blinking lights on the rear.
Its one or the other red or amber

Animations are sick!
This is great, very few in UA-cam features led sequencer lights as you do
So 3 years later how long did they last? Are you making videos anymore?
Iv got an e46 that I want to make custom tail lights for with a continuous line from the normal tail lights to the lights on the boil and I was wondering if there is an easy way to have the lights linked perfectly for something like a show mode?
Josh Hain anything is possible my man. Just time, money, and skill.
Omega Supreme and Jetfire on Background :D
What type of leds are those that you used with the corsomotion sequencer?
Bryan Jainarain those are the new Corsomotion parts. Very soon I’ll have the red / amber and white / amber switchback LEDs and their latest PCBs
dude i saw those strips on amozon please let me know how long they last because i think that they are some cheap amazon crap
Can they be use in the interior of a car. Like when u start the car on or when shutting the car off? You get a cool effect.
Do you guys do custome taillights on legacy? 2020+?
FlyRyde,
Can you use the Ghost unit on the RC350 and LS460 to create "chasing tail lights"?
Daniel Bia yes

Pro/Cons of doing it with stock system vs the ghostz system? For headlights and tail. How much would you charge?

Any idea where I can find something like this 20 inches for a bagger?
You can use LED Stripz from YuniqueLED or Corsomotion and make them as long as you’d like
Wow if it was a strip made like that I could use on the inside of my tail lights
Can I get my tail lights done ? 2016 Honda Accord. And how much?
Question do you have to but one for each lights? Or do you make a harness for the other light
How do you switch between animations while the tailight are on the car? You need to wire switches or is it app based?
What type do you recommend for older cars like the 94 model
Edit
