@@kiorikii Awee that’s good I’m try this then for a few months before summer and see how I feel I have really weak ankles so I would love to gain some strength in my legs and ankles but look all the fat my ex gymnastics legs has no muscle and more and all turned to fat basically so I’m hopeful this will work. My REAL result, I've lost 6cm in a month, i lost 3cm first week, it is the hardest week, also this workout not only make you lose thigh fat, also tone them. Edit for y'all: it didn't make any difference in my calves, but it definitely made me lose some hip fat.

@@everyonessubliminals1303 I didn't build muscle at all! My thighs just got toned but without being bulky, i wanted them to get slimer not bigger than they were, lol, and I got it, you can't get bulky because you need weight, and this workout is only stretching, just slim down your thighs ❤️

For those of you who can't straight your legs, straight them as much as it is possible to you, that way even when they're a bit bend you're still working your inner thighs, other way you'll be focusing on straight your legs and putting tension over your whole leg and won't work your inner thigh, don't force it, target your inner muscles.
THIS WORK!! My thighs used to be so slim and then i started gymnastics again (school season) and they got so big from eating more and the sport. Once it ended i wanted how i looked back, Ive done this workout for about 2 weeks (not everyday but most) and it seriously has helped me. I also eat less junk food and now eat more clean. I seriously love this workout and I will continue doing it, it feels great and i’m so happy with how I look now 😊

もともとかなり筋肉質で足痩せ無理かなって思っていたんですけど、やり始めてからどんどん隙間ができました😭体重も始めた時から2キロ落ちました😭これのおかげだと思います😭

@@aliyah_lovesGod the workout was actually really hard it just started getting a little easier so I’m gonna add one more set now and see how that goes but my legs are definitely not weak anymore and so there’s a lot of potential now with watching them get maybe smaller my waist is back down to a size for from an 4 but my thighs don’t let me so I’m at size 6 right now in pants hopefully within a month or two I can be a true size 4

Day5:✅ (easy i tried to keep my legs as straight as possible + my thighs don’t touch no more)

[DAY 32] 🎀 Guys I found out that my thighs don't look big because of a lot of fat but more because of swelling, so I started doing massages for it and I already see a difference after 2 days. Find out what works for you. This definetely works, probably not for everyone but it does. Have patience. I don't think I'll continue updating this one. I gained strength and dicipline. My REAL result, I've lost 6cm in a month, i lost 3cm first week, it is the hardest week, also this workout not only make you lose thigh fat, also tone them.
Edit for y'all: it didn't make any difference in my calves, but it definitely made me lose some hip fat.

@@everyonessubliminals1303 I didn't build muscle at all! My thighs just got toned but without being bulky, i wanted them to get slimer not bigger than they were, lol, and I got it, you can't get bulky because you need weight, and this workout is only stretching, just slim down your thighs ❤️

doing this for a month to try and slim down my legs
right thigh: 51.5cm

day 1: ✅ my god when the comments said it was hard i didn't know they meant THIS hard. my legs were shaking so bad and i sweat a lot. i was really bloated earlier on from my breakfast but i noticed that it went down a bit after doing this workout. looking forward to the next day!
day 2: ✅️ done! it was a bit easier for me than yesterday and i started to realise the areas where i need to improve in. i noticed that my hips pop quite a lot when doing the side leg raises and it's a really uncomfortable sensation so ill be doing another workout to help get rid of it.
day 3: ✅️ i managed to do the workout a lot more accurately today and I felt a more intense burn
day 4: ✅️ i think ive made a huge improvement from day 1 despite it being only a week. i can hold the workout positions for a long time and I finished it without taking any unnecessarily long breaks. i think now that I've learned how to activate my core this is definitely more effective
day 5: ❎️ i had school the day before and i felt so exhausted so i turned off my alarm for this workout
day 6: ❎️ ahhh i didn't mean to skip the workout today but i stayed up late at night watching kdramas so i slept through my alarm 😭😭 gonna go to bed early today so i can complete day 7
day 7: ✅ i had to do this workout on my bed as the area i wanted to use this morning was occupied. im not sure if its a result of where i did it, but the workout has started to feel more like a stretch than a fat burning exercise. despite this, i'm still going to continue as i know that getting significant changes will take time. i also want to add that i've started school and walk about 8~12k steps every day. here are my current measurements.
right thigh: 51.1cm
left thigh: 51cm
lower right thigh: 36.5cm
lower left thigh: 36.3cm
right calf: 33cm
left calf: 33.5cm
day 8: ✅️ maybe it's because i didn't do the workout for two days (and i also didn't stretch before) but my legs and back were acting sooo bad after 😭 doing this
day 8: ❎️ omg... i woke up so late yesterday and i had arabic class during the day then i went out with my family and completely forgott
day 9: ✅️ managed to do it today. im so disappointed that im not even 2 weeks in and have already missed 3 days 😭 im gonna do my best to keep it at that number and complete the rest
day 10: ✅️ nothing too special. i noticed that i can like go further when doing the leg raises without my entire body rolling onto that side
day 11: ✅️ done!! i haven't been sweating as much as i did when i first started this workout but i feel the burn twice as much. not sure if this is a good thing but ill take it as a sign that my legs are getting more toned?
uhmm... so I may or may not have done this workout for like a week straight 😪 I'm gonna continue again today
day 12: ✅️considering the fact that I havent done this in weeks it actually wasnt that hard

You're doing great! And remember that it's ok and actually good for you (your muscles need to rest too!!) to take breaks/rest days in-between

For those of you who can't straight your legs, straight them as much as it is possible to you, that way even when they're a bit bend you're still working your inner thighs, other way you'll be focusing on straight your legs and putting tension over your whole leg and won't work your inner thigh, don't force it, target your inner muscles.
Do you know why ? I can’t straighten my legs fully and I don’t know why.

THIS WORK!! My thighs used to be so slim and then i started gymnastics again (school season) and they got so big from eating more and the sport. Once it ended i wanted how i looked back, Ive done this workout for about 2 weeks (not everyday but most) and it seriously has helped me. I also eat less junk food and now eat more clean. I seriously love this workout and I will continue doing it, it feels great and i’m so happy with how I look now 😊
