It is a shame Charvel got pissed about this bit. It is hilarious, and actually turned me on to Charvel's guitars because honestly I would have never watched this video if it were just a standard review, because I had no interest in Charvel. Came for the comedy, left with a great sounding instrument on my mind.

Why would anyone think he isnt a good player? You dont need to shred all the time in order to be a good player.
You'd be surprised by how many people actually think someone's a better guitar player if the player shreds or plays faster in general.

I was a teenager in the '80s and very into hair metal, so those first two are incredibly nostalgic for me. I mostly play blues these days, so it wouldn't fit my style, visually or sonically, but I'm still incredibly tempted to get the pink one.
Do it, break the stereotypes etc. Probably be pretty eye catching I imagine :P

You guys should do a challenge video where you each build a rig but everything in it has to start with "R" for Rob and "L" for Lee...such as a rocketeer or les paul for guitars and rouge or line 6 for amps...same with pedals

I've had a couple of Charvels, both SoCals. One was from Mexico and the other USA. I now own a 2016 San Dimas in purple burst and it is hands down the best guitar value around. The finish, tone and playability are off the charts. Outstanding guitar! I've had Gibson and Fender custom shop guitars and the 2016 Mexican pro mod models hold their own. Looking to add a neon pink SoCal to the herd. Long live 80's shred! 🤘

They're a very solid lower-to-high-mid tier guitar brand. I really should try one if there's a place where they got some in stock here in Japan.
No mention of the Jumbo frets, which are great if you're a tapper. It's also got the slickest neck ever. But, as shown in the video, it's great for covering up your face when you're laughing. Had mine for only a few months, and love it.

I've been listening to Dorje for past 72 hours non stop. I must say, I think it might be the best music of the past 50 years, or at least since the 60's. Rhythm guitar is unparalleled, Keith Richards- take a hike. Lead guitar is off the chain...soon Steve Vai, Petrucci, Derek Trucks, etc will be picking licks from Chappers. Their sound is unique and fresh. God I hope they make it big. Dorje's album is the best album I've ever heard- even across metal, jazz, rock, country.
I'm calling it people, Dorje's new record will be #1 album all time in Rolling Stone and NME in a decade.
