presentation of the final dish. It looks absolutely delicious, and I can't resist trying it out myself. Thank you for sharing such an amazing recipe.stay bless stay connected ✋🏼✋🏼
I just had roti for the first time today. And I was floored by delicious it is. I just had to look up how to make myself because I need this in my life weekly!
Roti and chapati are names of same thing in north. Some like to cook it direct flame some don't. Both puff up. Some people are particular to call the direct flame version as phulka and the only tawa cooking version as roti. The triangle one was a Parantha. When you shallow fry this bread on tawa itself, stuffed or not, it's called parantha. I think the confusion is because of difference in South and North Indian popular terminology for these. She made them all very nice. I would prefer direct flame to be really direct, not on the mesh/jaal she used.
Thx for this I love making all kinds, we make chapati a little different in east Africa but almost the smart that was quick we have a longer process but still chapati all yummy thank you!
Hi love your video being trying to knead dough always get a sticky dough yours looks soo easy gonna try Just one question can I roll all the roti n then toast it in the tawa thank you

For those who are wondering about the different names, chapati and roti are the same. What is shown as chapati here is actually plain parantha in the northern part of India. Just that, In the south they call it chapati. They don’t usually like it dry and so call plain parantha, chapati. The Parontha in the south js a completely different thing made out of maida (refined flour)

Phulka: Using tawa and gas to cook.
Roti: Not using the oil on the tawa.
Phulka: phulne dene ka
Chapati: inlogo ne galt batayi phulke ka same recipe par phulne ni dene ka
