hi daniel i dont know if your gonna read this now after posting this work out 2 years ago but omg what a work out - i repeated all moves twice and that gave me an hour of intense work out - that was awesome- thank you - im so hooked with your trainings 🔥
Fully covered in sweat Daniel. This leg workout was intense. I loved the unilateral work. I really struggles with the pistol squats. Aby advice for how i can get better on that particular move. I love the no repeat format. Great work as usual. I always look out for your workouts.
Really challenging but great workout with easy to do moves. I did 20 mins of my own session then did this straight after, and it made me feel great after. Yours are my go to workouts
Interesting and sensitive topic to be honest! what will those love handles and small waist workout exactly do? because small waist come with basically losing weight so it is more nutrition, or do you mean a core workout?
yess, you can try to grab a chair for the balance and on the way down you decent with one leg and on the way up you use both legs and step by step you try to build up the strength to be able to do it on a single leg.

What if you grab something for you balance, or you do you lack strength in the legs ?
