Water base primer and sanding between each dried coat . Then apply clear floor based water urethane . Using a micro knap roller and not a brush . Would have given this easy project a mirror gloss finish . Better luck the next time .

What shame spent all that money and time only to wind up with brush marks a streaks . Guess you'll have to get rid of it now ?
