When the Master Of Shine says this is the most durable wheel coating I pay attention. The one hour turn around is also impressive. Being a former dirt track go kart racer I spent a lot of time cleaning tires and wheels by the trailer. I am going to have to try this product out.

Stuff is AWESOME. Put them on my Camaro SS 1LE wheels a few days ago. Even putting on thick stuff flashed away like 90% and seemed like I had little to no high spots to even level out
So…. Most of the DPT products sold out on TRG’s site a couple of days after the release. Any insight on when they will be back in stock?
Can you/should you apply a second layer?
Can the applicator be washed and reused after application ?
Is there any benefit to doing two coats? If so, how long between coats?
Can I spray with an airbrush?
How many wheels for one bottle? I need to do three cars.

Can I apply this over an old coating? I did my daily driver wheels a year ago but they are not holding up as well as I hoped. I used Dlux & Gliss.

It’s easy to apply but it’s not very good unfortunately. Very tacky, doesn’t repel brake dust. I coated two sets of wheels a year ago and it’s not functional anymore on one and weak on the other. Decon and acid wash doesn’t help.

@@sarkplex Agreed. I mean obviously they're going to promote it a lot because they just came out but I've been watching Scott's videos and those NGNT coatings are lasting longer than 95% of any other coatings
Not to ride their metaphorical internet dick. But trc doesnt own any chemicals other than rags to riches which is more of a partnership. They carry the brands and yes they do sponsor them but they are a webstore first. And a media company second. While I have no idea how great it is. Im willing to bet it is something special because levi has lots of experience and so do anthony and even dane. And they have said it themselves that they try products for a year before even carrying the brand.
A company that wants to promote and sell a product? The audacity! How dare they?
They are doing business and they do it extremely well. Imo they won’t carry this if it didn’t meet their standards. And for Levi to tell things like this to a coating it must be really that good. He wont put his name and name of their company at risk.
