    Qeema Kachori Recipe in detail:
    Ingredients for dough!
    All purpose flour 2 cups(300g)
    Ghee 2 tbsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Water 1/2 cup & 2-3 tbsp
    -Mix ghee & flour until it crumbled.
    -Add salt & water, knead it well and rest for 30 minutes.
    Ingredients for Qeema Stuffing!
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Beef Mince 300g
    Onion 1
    Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
    Green chilli (chopped) 1tbsp
    Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
    All spice powder 1/4 tsp
    Red chilli 1/2 tsp (optional)
    Ghee 2 tbsp
    Green coriander 2 tbsp
    -In a pan, add oil & ginger garlic paste.
    -Add beef mince & fry until changes its colour.
    -Add all other ingredients except ghee & green coriander.
    -Fry for 3-4 mins, cover & cook for 15 mins on medium flame.
    -Add ghee and fry it well until all the water evaporates.
    -Turn off the flame & add green coriander.
    (Baking powder 1/2 tsp
    Corn flour 2.5 tbsp
    Ghee 2 tbsp
    -Mix these 3 ingredients & place in the freezer for 10 minutes).
    -Make 7 balls out of dough (each about 55 to 60g).
    -Roll the balls & place corn flour batter in the center & fold from all sides.
    -Brush with oil, cover & rest for 15 mins.
    -After 15 minutes , repeat the process.
    -Again after 15 minutes, roll the dough, fill each with Qeema Stuffing & fold all sides into round shape.
    -Again rest these kachoris for 15 mins.
    -Flatten the kachori with hands & put in oil over low heat (it should sink into the oil).
    -After 3 to 4 minutes, it will float then increase the flame to medium.
    -Fry until golden brown on both sides.
    *Make 7 kachoris from the aforementioned ingredients.
