    Qeema Naan Recipe!
    Water 100 ml
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Yeast 7g (Mix these 3 ingredients & put aside for 15 mins)
    All purpose flour 500g
    Salt 1 tsp
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Yogurt 1/2 cup
    Yeast Mixture
    Water 100ml
    (Mix all these ingredients & knead well to form a soft dough and rest it for two hours to rise)
    Onion 1 large
    Green chilli 3-4
    Garlic 1.5 tbsp
    Ginger 1.5 tbsp
    Green coriander 2 tbsp (Chop well all these vegetables)
    Beef Mince 800g
    Chopped vegetables
    Salt to taste
    Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
    Cumin (crushed) 1 tbsp
    Red chilli 1/2 tsp
    Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
    (Mix all these ingredients)
    -Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
    -Flatten one dough ball with your hands. Place the qeema (minced meat) mixture in the center and fold the edges over to enclose the filling completely.
    -Again roll out the filled dough ball into a circle (like a roti) & and poke holes all over it using a stick or with fingers.
    -Brush the surface with a mixture of beaten egg and milk. Sprinkle kalwanji (nigella seeds) over the top.
    Place it in baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Once baked, spread butter and finely chopped green coriander over the top of each Naan.
