Hi Polly. We loved this session. Spellings were fun. We liked the right angled arms exercise. A lot of the exercises had a lot going on all at once. Also like the very fast bits. Many thanks Paula and Jon
Today, most of the day, was a very stressful day. It became an "off" day in spite of all the medications I took. Just late in the day I had the time to perform this lovely session. The result, I feel much better. I must deeply thank you, Polly and everyone at PfP who participated in preparing this session. Love you guys!

I really loved these new patterns but i was bit tired so i did 30 minutes workout but it was total fun.Thank u polly for ur hard work n teaching us with so much of energy and dedication ❤❤❤❤
