Great workout. Very challenging the only thing I couldn’t do was double scissors at the end. Any advice on getting my left arm moving quicker would be appreciated. Sheila UK
It sounds like you had an overall successful experience. Many people are stronger and more coordinated on their less dominant side. If you focus on your left side when trying the move, hopefully, you'll find it may move quicker in time. Thanks for joining us for your workout!

Great workout! I was able to keep up with the patterns, but have to work on getting them "big".
