I have a J.D. and I have been deposed 15 times in my role as a claims manager. This video is a template for ALL depositions not just personal injury lawsuits. Thank you for putting this out in the public domain.
An excellent presentation! Both lawyers are extremely articulate, and have explained in a clear and precise way that's very easy for a vehicle-injured plaintiff to understand.
Is there a deposition video for someone on the other side - being accused of causing someone an injury? Someone who disputes the events as the plaintiff is telling them. How does that defendant avoid self-incriminating?
What is the situation around taking medication on a WC injury? I dont mind taking for a short period in acute stage but I really dont like taking long term, and if meds mask pain does that mean I am expected to take meds to work? Surely if I need meds to work that means I shouldn't be working? Do I have a say in what I put in my body? My WC has been going on for 10 months and I am still experiencing pain but I dont want to take meds unless I have to, would rather tolerate the pain if possible

Does this not sound like the client was “break checking?”
