Brook Trout First Ice Action Non STOP in British Columbia

I had such a great day fishing in British Columbia, with lots of fish caught and released and some kept for a great meal. Taking that it was my first time on that lake, I did pretty good 🙂
Then I decided to scout around the area and ended up checking out another lake, I didn't catch any fish there, but I was able to film a stunning underwater world.
Brook trout fishing is one of my favorite. I'm super anxious to get on hard water to target those brook trout every year.
Big shout out to Go Fish BC for stocking our local lakes with these incredibly-looking species.
While fishing I was doing a lot of underwater action recording, so I hope you all will enjoy this 10-minute-long video.

The rest of my fish were caught on the same Lemon Meringue Flapper with the 1/16 Jig Head.

At the beginning of the video, I tried using a Dick Nite micro spoon dressed with Flapper but wasn't getting much action (just caught one small fish), then I tried adding shrimp and/or worm, and again it didn't produce as good.
Then I decided to put my favorite LM Flapper with the 1/16 Chartreuse Jighead without any bait, and the action was non-stop.
