Fantastic outing!! I’ve caught BT that deep several times. Like you, they often want it bouncing off bottom in deep water!!

Those are some amazing Brookies! Kinda hard to find ones quite that big over here in the Adirondacks, at least not as frequently as you seemed to be finding them there!

We do have some nice brook trout in Maine. You have to find places that don't get a lot of pressure to get into the bigger ones. Thanks for watching.

Depends on what they're eating. when they are deep like that early in spring, there may be chironomid larvae or pupae accessible to them near bottom.

Great video. Wish I could find a honey hole like that. Hit Seboeis this weekend. Had a good salmon on but couldn't get it into the boat. Got a couple decent splake. Hoping for Chamberlain soon! Can't wait for more videos.

Places like that are hard to come by, but keep looking. We constantly hit new water looking for the next honey hole. Good luck to you.

@@PineStateHunter As a life long Mainer I appreciate the way you two interact - I think I'm going to try a "Monkey Puke" Mooselook Wobbler dressed with a night crawlah this spring.
      I enjoy your videos

Saturday we got 5 brookies in 30-40 feet of water... it was hot the week before that may have dropped them down.

Hey Jeffery, sounds like you had a good day on the water. Lets hope we don't get much more hot weather.

Hummingbird helix 7 it's old and outdated. Best to do some research and pick out a model that suits you. Sorry I couldn't help more.
