    Matthew, This was an extraordinarily brilliant lesson in anatomy, made a living reality with the superimposition of the skeleton over you, with very clear demonstrations of the range of motion of the limbs. The practice itself was absolutely amazing, and addresses an area that I need to loosen up. You have a very clear teaching style, and deliver it in a relaxed manner. Many thanks.

    I like emphasis on Military Ethics, 🪖 , when fallen off a horse 🐎 in battle, PAUSE ⏸️, then proceed to instantly get up. So its not all Yoga there must be QiGong and Kenpo too.

    How does one heal hip/ groin connecting area for a over use?

    • @mjessner
      @mjessner 2 роки тому +1

      Tyler, it really depends on multiple factors: temporary overuse or chronic to begin with. Also take into account your base structure. If you have consistent pain, see a specialist in person.
      This video is more about proper range of motion and stability than curative, however if you’re recovering they’re good as long as you do them as correctly as possible. Don’t push, build or rebuild.

      If you have been cleared by your Dr. for exercise, then yes. Just make sure to honor your body, follow any guidelines from your Dr and don't do anything that causes pain. Remember many of the teachers are much more flexible from practicing for years. You will have higher stances. Just be mindful of joint alignment. Knees and toes... you know? Let us know if you have questions 🙏 Wishing you speedy and lasting healing 😊💙
