Ghost II did not work for me. They took my Jeep in 3 minutes. Also Autowatch where is my refund you promised me if my vehicle got stolen. Autowatch did not answer my email or return my phone call.
Contact us anytime, especially if you get another Jeep, as the way we install GHOST II makes it almost impossible to be defeated.
Did you leave your disarm fob on the key?
Impressive they did not return your calls. This tells me it is able to be defeated.

This ties up with something that had happened to my car. I went to wash it & the under wheel arch on the alarm/master fuse’s had disappeared & I was able to get my arm up into the engine bay. Will be getting that sorted and made completely secure. Just need to set my car alarm off and see if the alarm sirens still work. Great video and well spotted when it came to the wheel arch & what is a easy attack point.
I'm glad my truck I'm bulding is not a canbus!vehicle! (Well, it has a obd2 engine swap, but no BCM and canbus). I got the Vais SEER PTS and Compustar cmx, and am doing some special wiring techniques to make it extremely hard to steal. Along with my custom interior. If a thief were to break a window and gain access (I have corvette style electric exterior handles that are killed with the SEER proximity), they would have a hard time guessing my ignition wiring (start button) and locating my wiring modules which will be hidden under the console, only accessible by removing a seat. All while my siren is blaring (not accessible to cut and disable) and I've been notified on my phone by Drone.
I know how smart professional thieves can be and it's been quite fun actually building my systems with deterrents Along the way. I hope I'll never have to have my systems tested!!

That’s interesting how you leave your contact information. I tried four times including Phone email and website inquiry stressing the importance of getting my alarm system put in. Have not heard anything. Not even a single email back. Everybody else I contacted messaged me back.

This is why you need an alarm with a proximity trigger and something to block your keyfob signal. With a proximity... they wouldn't have been able to even get that far into the process.
On paper proximity sensors are great, in reality though, they cause more frustration and false alarms, especially on non-convertible vehicles (which is what prox sensors were specifically designed for in the first place
$100 to move the horn to hard to reach location. Money worth spent.
