The doctor SAID in the last episode something like 'that's not where they'd bury my WIFE' sounds like HE thinks they really did get married on the pyramid. And River certainly thinks it counts. It WAS the doctor doing the talking when they got married, not some other little person in the robo-doctor.
I really wasn't expecting that kiss, though. He literally took her entire bottom lip into his mouth. I think I watched that kiss like 20 times on loop. lol

In Forest of the Dead 10 tells River that she knows his name and there's only one time he could ever tell anyone what it is. My theory is that at the end of Let's Kill Hitler he thought he was going to die and knew River would need to know his name so that she would tell him. Then would trust her in her future at the Library. So that is what I think he told her when he whispered in her ear.
