So proud of our small town Canadian boy, Brian Adams ❤️ 💛 💙 💜 He was one of the 1st artists to put Canada on the music map, and has one of the most amazing meaningful voices I have ever heard !!!!
I have to agree to disagree. Burton Cummings, Randy Bachman and The Guess Who got the ball going, long before Brian came along as far as Canadian content goes.
@@ABertagurl That is why I said one of the 1st artists.......I would also include on the list, Rush, Neil Young, Alanis Morrissette, Joni Mitchell, Celine Dion, Shania Twain, K.D. Lang & Ann Murray, and that is just off the top of my old rattled brain LOL 😁
This was the theme to “Robin Hood Prince of Thieves”. I saw it on my first date with my now husband. We had it as our wedding song too so it holds a very special place in my heart!
This was my grandmother's favorite song. The last time I saw her at the hospital she was in a coma but I held her and sang the first verse to her. Then said goodbye and wept.
Oh my, that was such a sad moment and at the same time a Beautiful one too, she knew you were there for her and she would've been SO proud of you. Take care.💞😅
Let me tell you an even more beautiful Bryan Adams song about love called "have you ever really loved a woman" its the road map to how to love a woman. Brings me to tears thinking about being loved like that.
I used to sing for weddings during this era and this song was requested by many of my clients. It’s so beautiful and came out around the time I was married myself. Going on 28 years with my husband ❤️❤️
I used to sing along with it to my son when he was a baby - anybody you love - this song fits. This song was also the theme song in the Kevin Costner 1991 movie, "Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves".
This song could be a wedding song, a song a parent sings for a child, a song a Veteran (like me) sings for your country...it’s about undying love. ❤️❤️❤️
I have heard and memorize every song Bryan Adams wrote and/or sang. I think he has a special place in the classics. Great to know that he is still going on strong.
Ive been listening to Bryan Adams in the 80s .. hes been one of my fave. If this song touches you .. listen to another song called "pls forgive me" lm pretty sure youd like this too. Peace brother
This is one of the most successful singles of all time. It was on the Robin Hood sound track and easily one of my favorite love songs. We have seen Adams live 3 times, including a 2 man act he did with just a piano and guitar. No backing vocals, just 2 guys and it was awesome.
@@sueboyleatboylefamilyhomes6909 yes. In the uk at least, the whole summer that music video is the one they used to push the song. Over and over and over......
Feel free to watch any of the songs people suggested by him live - he's got one of the strongest, most consistently beautiful voices - sounds just like the studio version when singing live. I've been to his concert a couple of years ago and after all this time the man is still pretty much impeccable and ages like fine wine.
I've always loved this song. I did play this at my wedding. It always makes me think of the movie it came from (that 90s Kevin kostner Robin hood movie I watched when I was a kid).🤓😁
That song’s a classic and such a beautiful heartfelt song. I loved it from the moment I heard it watching Robin Hood (with Kevin Costner) in the theaters. Bryan has some really great songs! Please do more Bryan Adams.
I saw Bryan Adams when he opened for Journey in the early 80s when he only had his first single Cuts Like A Knife on the radio. He was awesome. ❤ Summer of 69 is another favorite.
I am so proud that Bryan Adams is fellow Canadian!! Luv your reactions, and thank you for caring about your viewers and playing songs and reactions for them, you have a good heart !!!! :)
This song brings back memories of the greatest day of my life! And 13 years later, we still have that "new love" thank you so much for reacting to this for me!
I had this as my wedding song too. My husband and I had our first date seeing Robin Hood Prince of Thieves so we had to have it for our song! We’ve been married 24 years. I hope you have as many happy years!
All for Love by Bryan Adams, Sting & Rod Stewart. That one too packs a punch. And their voices just blend so wonderfully. I love how you don't discriminate. If you like it, you like it and it shows and you say it. I really really really enjoy your reactions.
This was my wedding song back in 1992 and after 29 years of being with my husband I lost him last September and everytime I am missing him I play this song and just cry. Thanks for doing this song.
Such a beautiful song. So much emotion in it. Love his voice. "Straight from the Heart" is amazing too by him! 😉 You are very romantic bruh and I am sure you will get a nice girl someday. You are a good person.
On a side note to the music, Bryan Adams is also an accomplished photographer, having not only shot images (published in his works) of many musical greats, but one portrait of both Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, which is now in the National Portrait Gallery in London. (Love your reactions my friend.)
Great song. Don't live in the past. Life is now. Don't let anyone from the past ruin it for you now. Open your heart so love can see the real you, not the sad guy stuck in the past. Laughter heals .... and attracts!
I'm 40 years old, i grew up with parents that only really exposed me to country music as i remember it. I started expanding after i got out of high school, that's been 22 years. And I'm so glad to see so many younger people starting to expand beyond pop, k-pop, or anything else that's their style. But it still makes me laugh when they talk about never hearing the Beatles or something. I think parents need to do their best to open up their kids to hearing so many kinds of music that the kids can find something to relate to.
JBL, just watching you Bloom through absorbing music ,eating, inhaling it makes me happy. You remind me of myself Music has always sucked me in, after just listening I can tell a hit song in one sitting, yea,or nay. Also like you it makes my heart cry inside and my love for Gods gifts of these special talents were put here for us. Keep walking the walk, I am not around many more years but music has been a Huge part of my life, helping me get by and through it.
This just takes me back to when my son was 6 years of age. He used to borrow the video "Robin Hood prince of thieves" from our neighbour. He'd watch it for weeks, return it & then borrow it a week later!!. I Know the dialogue word for word (Alan Rickman was magnificent!) and it just makes me smile. Wonderful!
Whoever you marry, I hope she deserves you. We with deep souls deserve the very best. Also, I second Mary Moore's comment below on Bryan Adams' "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?" Both are intense, beautiful songs.
A few other really good Bryan Adams songs you might give a try: "Summer of '69", "Heaven" and "Please Forgive Me" Also, there's a song that he collaborated on with Sting (lead singer of "The Police") and Rod Stewart called "All For One" (it featured as the credits song for the 90's movie "The Three Musketeers".)
Love you. You are so sweet. Lost my husband 8 yrs ago ,he loved this song. We were married 38 yrs. Hope you find your once in a lifetime love. Love your reactions. Much success to you.:-):-):-):-):-)
I loved this song when I was a teenager, it was nice to hear it again! This is almost a year old and so you may not even see this comment, but a beautiful wedding song would be "when you say nothing at all" by alison Krauss. You would love it. Also by Bryan Adams, Heaven is a beautiful song too!
Aww. Man, I think ur a lovely young man. I think ur absolutely HANDSOME AND heartful. I believe you're gonna find the right n proper lady for u when ur not looking. That's what my mom always told me. Bryan Adams - Summer of 69'- Cuts Like a Knife
You're a beautiful man by showing us your real heart, soul, and emotions. I wasn't looking and found my wife. Trust me it happens.
I bought the single cassette for this song in 1991. I now feel one thousand years old. I appreciate you reacting to these songs.
John M same here. I think I still have it, which is worse. Lol!
Same here. The song was number 1 in UK for about 17 weeks.

I second that choice, and would like to add that When You Love Someone is another beautiful song by him.
Mary Moore Yes! That’s a great song with flamenco guitar and powerful lyrics!
Mary, I think maybe Please Forgive Me would be the closest to beating Everything I Do for me but maybe not quite! : )
From the soundtrack of Don Jouan DeMarco (1994), with Johnny Depp
Oh my god I love that song! Its so romantic just like this one, and the Spanish guitar bit, ooh, 😄
