this is a great video. I brought it, probably over a decade ago and used to do all of the forms for years before I went to work in the morning, but then broke my foot and twisted my opposite knee when I fell off a 5 gallon bucket. My knees and balance had been so bad for years, but they were in really great shape until I had that accident. Now I want to start over (since I no longer remember how to do them), but I must have put the DVD in the case for a movie and don't remember what case I put it in. HECK!

This Video allows beginners to go into greater depth. Production is excellent, lessons are paced yet there is a clear emphasis on Tai Chi Essential Principles. Appropriate for an advanced beginner. Will give a grounding that will allow students to really develop their internal form. Very well done.

Out of six forms only 5&6 are shown. And the forms shown and last demo seems to be very different from eachother

Where is the continuation of this video ?

It stops WAY before the entire practice is demonstrated. That is what’s announced in the video. Misleading ! Can’t find a view of continuous practice, without frequent stops and repeats.

Hi, Dr Lam cannot give medical advice, but all his tai chi DVDs are safe and gentle, and can help with pain management

tsanlc look for Lee Holden and holdenqigong. He does give advice for specific maladies. He was formally trained in acupuncture and he knows Chinese medicine. People who subscribe monthly to his live Zoom classes (that normally are offered three times a week at different times of day) can directly ask him questions on Zoom before the live qigong classes begin.
I'm very happy to learn this practice for arthritis that Dr Lam is sharing here, very grateful that it is available here on UA-cam and also it's being taught at a gym in my town. My gym teacher has his DVD set but I don't have a DVD player.

@@susanaortiz1139 I don't have rheumatoid arthritis 🙂 and because of the careful diet I follow and my exercise, I don't experience any arthritis pains. I do qigong classes with Lee Holden online.
