    I used to take Tai chi at the senior center before covid19.my instructor taught us dr.lam's method.i'm so glad I saw this on you tube.i missed it.

    Why there is other exercises missing in warm up like push up , pull ups , sit ups , core crunches , squats , wrist strengthening ?

      Because most people would consider those part of the actual workout, not the warm up, due to intensity.

    Why are you using Dr. Paul Lam's name to get people to your videos? That's a major turn-off.
