At the same time please make sure you take a few weeks off this December!! It's important to have a true vacation (in which you are not working at all) and shake up from the usual. Dear Pam, I can not thank you enough this video, bacause it cured my lumbago in my hip that I've suffered a lot for more than half a year. I couldn't walk a lot, 'cause I had a pain in my leg. After only doing one pilates video it was getting better, so since then I'm doing it constatly and hope I will be quite healthy soon. So for a pinched nerve the best thing you can do is streching the muscles! Thank you very much!

So I finally did this and I’m super late to it. But it was harder than I thought but it was perfect I love it when it’s a challenge and especially on the floor haha Loved it
waaa, I felt my thighs, my butt, my calves BURNING!!!!! in the middle of the video, I was whispering to myself "es tut nicht weh, es tut nicht weh" and somehow I managed to hold it through yayy haha! so many new movements, real burn in a different level!! this was literally everything. I'm gonna use this video in combination with the 10min Ibiza & Maledives inner thigh AND the 10min standing legs pilates and I'm 100% sure I'm gonna see the results. as always, you outdid yourself Pam! thank you so much for this video. loved your outfit, loved your smiles throughout the video!! thank you Mama Reif for filming!💙 ps: how strange was it to do the frog hold + abductor without a booty band?😂

wow dont know if i did these workouts 100% right but it was smth i wasn't used to. don't remember the last time i did a leg workout or if i ever even did one. my legs n butt don't rlly cross my mind in terms of my look n attractiveness but i still want to wore on my whole body obviously. i loved how i didn't have to change to an entirely new position every time and similar positioned workouts were kind of in packages. initially, i thought i wasn't doing it right since i wasn't feeling anything but towards the end, I felt the swat and had trouble completing some exercises.i loved the beach setting and mat combo like how the sand makes the floor not hard and the mat just gives u a clean surface to lay n workout on. Will definitely try this workout again. excited to see if my legs and/or glutes hurt tomorrow. i moved to the corridor w mirrors to check if my positions were right by comparing to the video and was defineatly helpful and reassuring. pretty sure ill continue doing that in future worouts. its also 6 20 am cuttently so noones awake which means i can workout in any clothes that make me feel the most comfortable and that's what i did. spaghetti strap shirt n short cotton shorts. tied my hair up into a ponytail/ bun. ate a snack around an hour ago. drank a sip of water before starting the workout. ill inshAllah now go do some other workout, shower, get ready n go drop mommy off at the hospital then go to my final dentist appointment. I'm excited to make the rest of the summer count even tho i didn't make the first 19 days just pass by:) i felt a confidence rush few hours ago which persuaded me to workout n feel even better. also i haven't slept tonight since i had my 5ish hour sleep in the afternoon 1-6 pm. made myself an iced coffe at around 1-2 am. bye byee
