@@lennihco I don't know if you speak from experience or it's because you already get used to heavy weights so you don't feel the effect of the band. It does add tension compared to working out without it, make the workout harder. I really feel it in my butt. "Engaging" doesn't mean "working"? If so, why do I see a lot of fitness guru tell people to do it? 🤷. Of course the band can't be compared to lifting heavy weights but you can't say it's useless. Don't even mention gym, it's obvious that going to the gym is more effective than doing home workouts.

For those who say its hard. I spent 2 years bed bound, lost so much muscles i couldnt walk. First it was no bands and just tears. Pain in ankles, in knees and wrists. Few months later here i am walking again. Thank you pamela
This was soooo good! I was able to maintain that chill, pilates, slow-burn vibe for the first side lol the second side was sheer panic and a lot of grunting 😂🍑
