self discipline is the only answer. If i was able to do it you can do it too trust me. I felt like giving up but self discipline helped me not to do so

(w/ 40 min dance workout) *day 1 (8/30/20)* - done! *day 2 (8/31/20)* - less difficult than yesterday! no dance workout today cause my period came 😅 replaced with yoga! *day 3 (9/1/20)* - done! Managed to do it with NO breaks!! So proud of myself!! 🤗🤗 feels good after you poured your all to exercise *day 4 (9/9/20)* - skipped a lot cause I was feeling unmotivated bc of migraines... I’m back tho! *day 5(9/10/20* - omg DONE. Feels so much more than 11 minutes lmao! Had a little mental breakdown for why I was exercising and if me exercising means I don’t love my body enough...

Week 18!! My legs were shaking after the first 5 secs(after 2 hiits) but I still completed without breaks💃 I'm thinking leg day for day 1 is a great idea it'll help me go through the entire week Keep going guys lots of love😗😗

I am a new subscriber of this channel.Firstly when I start workout to loose weight l start with Emi Wong and Chloe ting but not feeling much sweat in my body but l suddenly came to this channel and find it too effective to loose fat fast as my whole body is full of sweat. I love this leg workout which contains lot of jumping movements, which really makes my heart rate rising (fat burning zone). Not sure whether it is mentally or physically, I am able to hold the squat for the whole 30 sec after having done all the rapid movements in the first 10 minutes (but I can only hold for 10-15 sec in other leg workout). Also love the music, especially the first song. Great song choice, really motivating! Thanks Pam.

day 4; had to take like a 5 min break at the one leg up bridge exercise bc someonen called but otherwise done, very sweaty

I am a new subscriber of this channel.Firstly when I start workout to loose weight l start with Emi Wong and Chloe ting but not feeling much sweat in my body but l suddenly came to this channel and find it too effective to loose fat fast as my whole body is full of sweat. I take a 10s break after 2-3 exercises.
I love this leg workout which contains lot of jumping movements, which really makes my heart rate rising (fat burning zone). Not sure whether it is mentally or physically, I am able to hold the squat for the whole 30 sec after having done all the rapid movements in the first 10 minutes (but I can only hold for 10-15 sec in other leg workout).
Also love the music, especially the first song. Great song choice, really motivating! Thanks Pam.
