    for every woman out there: since i started to do pams workouts, and stretches, i don't get period cramps AT ALL. if this isn't the biggest motivation, besides getting in better form, then idk what is.

    I changed Chloe to Pamela 💖
    Don't get me wrong ilove Chloe's workout but I don't find it challenging anymore and Pamela's workout burn 🥵🔥 I struggle so much that I want to be better ✨🥰

      Thats the same with me actually i was doing emi wong's workouts when i was beginner then switched to Chloe's and after like 4 months i found it very easy and i wanted smth harder and now im here with pamela and gosh its challeneging but i finish the whole workout i feel very proud that i could reach this level.

    going to do this for 5 days!! (w/ 40 min dance workout)
    *day 1 (8/30/20)* - done!
    *day 2 (8/31/20)* - less difficult than yesterday! no dance workout today cause my period came 😅 replaced with yoga!
    *day 3 (9/1/20)* - done! Managed to do it with NO breaks!! So proud of myself!! 🤗🤗 feels good after you poured your all to exercise
    *day 4 (9/9/20)* - skipped a lot cause I was feeling unmotivated bc of migraines... I’m back tho!
    *day 5(9/10/20* - omg DONE. Feels so much more than 11 minutes lmao! Had a little mental breakdown for why I was exercising and if me exercising means I don’t love my body enough...

    Week 18!! My legs were shaking after the first 5 secs(after 2 hiits) but I still completed without breaks💃 I'm thinking leg day for day 1 is a great idea it'll help me go through the entire week

    going to keep track and if i see results in my legs or booty ill tell u!
    day 1: cool workout, didnt hurt the next day
    day 2: started to enjoy the music and got addicted to the workout
    day 3: free day cause i went on a trip
    day 4: still love the workout, did it after other thighs workouts , couldn’t do the squat pulses this time
    day 5: didnt do this workout bs i focused on abs today, but i noticed that my legs already feel way more tonned
    day 6: i had no motivation to do this, all i wanted was to lay on the floor and just exist, but i tried to do it anyway and i could do it for 7 mins, i'll just accept my tiredness/demotivation and take a bath

    day 1: no words, never been more sweaty, exhausted, out of breath, done with life.
    day 2: same as day 1 😭😭🔥
    day 3: done, so so sweaty i can't also exhausted 😭😭
    day 4; had to take like a 5 min break at the one leg up bridge exercise bc someonen called but otherwise done, very sweaty

    I am a new subscriber of this channel.Firstly when I start workout to loose weight l start with Emi Wong and Chloe ting but not feeling much sweat in my body but l suddenly came to this channel and find it too effective to loose fat fast as my whole body is full of sweat.       During Menstruation phase of the cycle its best to do HIIT actually, you have highest performance in this week for HIIT than any other part of the cycle

    This is such a good workout! Not too hard and makes you feel so energised afterwards. You will definitely sweat but its worth it - will 100% do this workout again!

    I love doing workouts with her.... I feel this one in my knees. She still looks so gentle but she is gud at what she does. Looking forward to more knee exercises and legs. 🇦🇬

    When I do workouts, I think about what a comment I'll write😂, I know, I am crazy, do this after 2 HIIT videos full of plank jumps and high knees is so hard, so my knees are dead and I am actually dead too😵 love you Pam😍, greeting from Slovakia 😎

    I love this leg workout which contains lot of jumping movements, which really makes my heart rate rising (fat burning zone). Not sure whether it is mentally or physically, I am able to hold the squat for the whole 30 sec after having done all the rapid movements in the first 10 minutes (but I can only hold for 10-15 sec in other leg workout).
    Also love the music, especially the first song. Great song choice, really motivating! Thanks Pam.

    Just did three of her high intensity 10 minutes workouts and I’m drenched! I workout everyday but her few high intensity 10 minutes make me feel like I just put in more work than ever!

    We're Thursday 29th April it's my first session with pamela ! I looove I known it's more hard and yes it's more hard the others sessions I made. today I have the déclic!     Pam I always find some difficulty in doing legs and booty workout. It's been 3 years now for me following u and trying to improve but my legs are still weak.. what if I make a change in my diet?
