self discipline is the only answer. If i was able to do it you can do it too trust me. I felt like giving up but self discipline helped me not to do so

Pam I always find some difficulty in doing legs and booty workout. It's been 3 years now for me following u and trying to improve but my legs are still weak.. what if I make a change in my diet?
