'Hallowed be thy name' is in it's original a pretty slow song, even if the lyrical tempo is pretty high with many words to sing in every verse. But when performing the song at live concert it's used to be speed up, more and more through the tour. At the end of the tour the tempo and the challenge for Bruce to sing it is pushed to a ridiculously high level.

I think this is the 48th year this year for the band and the founder bassist Steve Harris, I sure some one will correct me if my math is off. Bruce has been with the band for 36 of those years with 6 years off in the middle. To me Bruce is hands down the best front man in rock music, his vocal ability, longevity, showmanship. Not taking away from any member of the band, but this video is about Bruce. There is no other band like Maiden.
Bruce was in the band when Number of the Beast was released in 1982.
Paul DiAnno was the vocal in 1980 - Iron Maiden and 1981 - Killers albums.
Bruce left after 1992 - Fear of the Dark and rejoined in 2000 - Brave New World.
Chris Bayles was the vocalist in 1994 - X-factor and 1998 - Virtual XI.
So u do the math, in 43 years of Iron Maiden, 80 - 81 was Paul and 94 - 98 was Chris ... my math says Bruce is 37 years in the band by 2023.

Just to bring everyone up to speed ,Bruce is no longer piloting due to FAA regs,as for the 757 in flight 666 not to sure what happened to that one,but the 747 that they had used on their Book of Souls tour and if i do say so that was the frickeng coolest looking 747 to fly the skies ever,and i'm sad to say has been offically retired! Up the Irons !!! PS All Hail to the Queen!!!

I've noticed that the most viewed reaction channels don't like to admit it. Instead they'll say something like "It's easier to hear what they're doing with their voices in live versions."❤️
yeah - they are rushing the song so much here that Bruce can't show how well he can tell this story. It's not meant to be this fast.

Lol- so WHY in a video about showing off bruces singing did you use clips of when he was in his 50s and couldnt hold a note half as long as when he was younger?
Sure he is still amazing especially for his age- but if you wanna show him off, you need hallowed be thy name from back when he didnt need mlultiple breaths!

Yes a shame these reactors didn't do the classic 1982 video, though his voice is still great of course. But could never be as good as when he was younger. Not that kind of singing anyway
