Guys…I am very aware that I talk extremely fast in this video. Something to bare in mind is that I am still a relatively new creator in the grand scheme of things ( even more-so when I created this particular video) And it takes time and practice to perfect any kind of craft! When it comes to voiceovers, I am still learning about timing and spacing and trying to improve with each video. I transitioned over here from TikTok, over there the tempo is extremely fast! And that style of voiceover doesn’t necessarily translate well to long form. It can be quite strange (and cringy!) to look back on old videos and see just how much my voiceovers have already improved. Ultimately though, it’s I still stand by everything I said in this video. The topic means so so much to me.
This video made my day ... I am an absolute perfectionist and have laser-focus in my working life, but my kitchen often looks like this one despite me giving myself regular pep-talks about not letting it slide. I absolutely loved your voice-over and it made me feel less judged and a bit less rubbish about myself ... thank you so much!!!! xox
I LOVE your voiceover and timing!! I find the pacing of many creators is too slow for me-I get frustrated and fast forward or change the playback speed then usually stop watching/listening. Yours is refreshing and easy to dive into and engage. Please keep doing what you’re doing! It’s inspiring and empowering as well as enjoyable! Thank you so much!!
You're pace is just fine for me, you're videos are giving me strength to go fix up my relatives house, only just found your videos the other day from that nice bloke who does the Midwest Moose videos. He's a sweetheart who cleans homes for free with his lad. Anyway, thanks for your input , wishing you everything of the best love from Derry, Northern Ireland.
I came for the cleaning but stayed for the wonderfully articulate lecture on neuro divergence! I really enjoy listening to people who do not have "fillers" in their speech and can verbalize with such a fluid style.
This is more then a cleaning video, this is a therapy session. You have such insight into your family’s gifts, talents and struggles. I love how real you are.
You are such an inspiration to me! You did a wonderful job cleaning your dad’s place. You’re a great person. Don’t ever worry about the nay-sayers. I watch your videos while I clean my own house!
You’ve done a great job with your dads place. I love how you’ve been able to understand yourself and work with your frailties and issues. I applaud you xx
Dear Remi, it is Chrissy from Australia here. My darling girl, you are a pleasure to listen to. You are a bright light in this dark world . Everything about you is so sincere and honest. Don’t ever change, and don’t let anyone make you feel that you need to. God bless you and your lovely family. ❤
I agree Chrissy! Remi I loved both watching your work and listening to you. Your insights into human nature are fascinating. You are bright and articulate and inspiring! Your dad must have been so pleased with your gift of time! ❤
I just found you recently. I enjoy watching cleaning videos (houses, cars, rugs, power washing, and find them to be very calming to me. It scratches an itch for my undiagnosed OCD. This video is different than your more recent ones and I want to thank you for sharing so much about your life, family and insights into how and why some people act the way that they do. You expressed your thoughts in such a beautiful and loving way. I am a former special ed teacher who worked with people with many disabilities but ASD was one of the most interesting. I focused in that area for 15 years. Today I work in public health and go into the homes of people in the community. Many of these homes look like your dad and auntie’s. I recognize mental heath, and family patterns of poverty can cause financial and emotional instability. These factors can perpetuate an untidy home. I approach families in a non judgmental and encouraging way because as you say, you never truly know what people struggle with every day. That said, we must give our children a safe and healthy place to live. Thanks for giving hope and encouragement to others. Your lovely, caring heart is beautiful. Thanks for making a difference.
The loving care and understanding you show for your whole family and especially your dad brings tears of joy to my eyes! With all of the horrors swirling around us these days I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to meet you today. You have brought a light happiness to my heart and I feel love for you Remi. From a Greek girl.
This video is pure therapy and what a lovely take on how just because people don’t keep a clean house doesn’t mean they aren’t taking care of themselves - some folks, even if they desperately want to tackle everything, know that other activities that others would consider “side quests” are deeply important to their mental health. I’m sure he’s absolutely thrilled to have someone put so much love and help him with this particular part of his life. It looks absolutely gorgeous and thank you for the motivation from a fellow neurodivergent!! I hope you also get great encouragement and satisfaction from knowing how much positive this does for not only your dad but all of us viewers around the world! ❤❤
Definitely not, why are you just getting around cleaning his home.peopmr are so one sided, not me,look all around to understand,or see the worst of a situation 🤔,such as the daughter and father situation not smooth at all.

You just explained my life to me... I am astonished! I can do things for anyone else but when faced with doing simple tasks for myself I freeze when I try to figure out where to begin!
Remi oh my goodness. This was your best voiceover yet! You are so insightful and intelligent, with so much heart and humility mixed in. I’m sure you’ve heard of the social model of disability. It describes how people are not disabled by their condition or neurodivergence, but they are disabled by the world around them, that is not set up for people like them. I loved hearing about your family and I feel inspired by your pearls of wisdom. I’m looking forward to more and more videos and I hope you’re getting as much out of the process of making them as we do watching them. These videos are such a gift. Thank you !
I'm a therapist with 40 years of experience, and, waw, did I enjoy this video. I'll subscribe, definitely, you're full of love, so insightful, so articulate, i thought I'd just see another person cleaning something but you're so inspirational, especially with the way you can analyse people without being judgmental. Thanks!
Remi - I'm always astounded by the amount of wisdom you posess at such a young age. I never fail to learn something from you with each video you release. You're a lovely mum and an outstanding human.
I like a tidy house but if I worked from 5am till 4pm, my house would look a lot worse than this. I love your narrations, you’re a thoughtful and emotionally intelligent person, the world could do with more people like you. Great job💪
I was almost in tears watching this. Everything you said completely resonates with me, my life, my personality, my struggles. You and your family are amazing.
I am not neuro divergent, but the overwhelm with trying to be organised and not being able to do a small bit every day is so real to me! Also, doing all my uni work the night before! 😂 I always did that!
Oh my goodness, I’m a 66 year old lady and I’ve learned so much about me and why I’ve been the way I am. I thought I was just going to watch a cleaning video……wrong 😆 I love your family, Dad seems an amazing person and tell your brother his strengths may lie in doing computer work or a job where you don’t have to interact with others except maybe on the Phone. Biggest hugs to you and the Family from Australia 🥰 🦘🦘🦘
She’s so amazing, intelligent and compassionate. She’s the best at understanding and making others feel heard. Amazing how she understands and articulates so well.
The best cleaning tool I ever invested in was a hand held steam cleaner with attachments. It replaced most store bought cleaning agents. It takes terry towels for cleanup which can be washed & reused. This reduced exposure to chemicals & kills mold & does not leave residue cleaner which attract dust & dirt. 🙂 Liked your video especially your care & understanding.

I wish i could give this video a THOUSAND thumbs up ... Your "rambling" was an absolute Eye Opener. I now understand who I am and why I am where I am in life. Oh my ... 69 yrs old and finally can say "Ah, now it makes sense ... Now, I have a better understanding of how to tackle these issues! Thank you ❤
I got teary eyed when you mentioned groups of parents you avoid. I do this so much at family functions. It really takes a toll being around so many people
Thought I was was going to be watching a before/after cleaning video. Well, I saw that and a compassionate, intelligent woman sharing her life story. You have an incredible outlook on life! Take care and God Bless.
Your story and outlook on life, and the love you have for your dad made me cry a couple times. It went straight to my heart, I also have a very hard working dad but now that he’s sick, he can’t take care of the house or be as active as he once was and it’s hard on him. People should never judge one another because you never know what anyone is truly going through. We need to be there for one another, and I’m so happy that you’ve sent this message clearly. I want the world to see this video and listen to your messages within it.
My granddaughter is going to marry a man who is autistic and also has ADHD. I feel like I learned more about how to empathize with him so much more after listening to your family journey. I really appreciate your honesty and openness. Robin
Neurodivergent or not, your parents raised an incredible thoughtful, kind, and caring woman. You are such a lovely breath of fresh air and you just have something so peaceful about you. I love the elements you bring to your videos and the voice over. It breaks my heart to hear of you and your families struggles, but just know you are not alone. ♥
Young lady, everything you said rang a bell with my life. You are wise beyond your years. Thank you for this and helping your dad. There is another cleaning video, its name is Midwest magic and the manhis name is Mac. You and he need to talk. Love from Florida in the USA
What’s funny is that his work station is pristine! lol! There’s his passion. And it’s beautiful the way you speak of him. He’s as fortunate to have you as you are to have him😊
Ive never heard anyone else explain how hard it is to do what for others is a routine thing (brushing ones teeth) so well. I honestly didnt know anyone else besides me struggled with that in that specific way. thanks for sharing.
I'm sitting watching this, absolutely bawling my eyes out. EVERYTHING you said about yourself, is me. I have struggled for as long as I can remember with these things. But until this very moment, I always just told myself that I was lazy. Berated myself for it constantly. I never understood why I couldn't bring myself to walk into class if I was late. Why I couldn't eat in front of people. Why I couldn't juggle all the things I was supposed to be juggling. Why no matter what I did, I just couldn't keep my house clean. In a million years, I could never think of enough words to express my gratitude that this video popped up in my feed. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, for making me feel less alone, less "crazy" and like I'm NOT less of a person for my struggles.
Remi...it’s beautiful. I came for the clean but was drawn in by the voice over. Neuro divergence. I know nothing about it. But I see myself in so much of what you said. I struggle every day to complete daily tasks. School was hard. Thank you for these videos. You’re not just helping your dad clean, you’re helping the community that watches and listens to these videos ❤️🇨🇦
I have cleaned family members houses like this but within weeks it’s right back to where it was. I found that the less I have, the easier it is to clean. I got rid of 80% of the stuff including clothes in my house and have so much more peace.
Wow, Remi, I can so relate, lack of affection from parents, overly critical mother, a long time in an out of hospital as a kid. The awful, crippling shyness which I never had until I went home to mother. People misunderstanding me as being snobby when I was actually a pretty nice person, so I kept to myself and still people would pick on me. I DID have friends throughout my life though, once I broke through the shyness. Great job on your dad's house. I remember cleaning my dad's home when I went to visit, so this video is very close to my heart.
Ur such an understanding daughter who obviously loves her dad and parents very very much. Thank u for ur videos. I went thru my fridge while watching this one. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank u also for sharing part of ur life with us. It got me to thinking and asking myself sum questions. I appreciate how ur influence helps make ppl a better person or version of themselves. I struggle with keeping my house clean as well. ❤
Young lady, this was so amazing and informative. As I listened to you, I began to see my daughter-in-law. She is an amazing mom but a terrible housekeeper. Thank you for opening my eyes to the issues behind so many things. This was my first time watching, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm in the US and loved the accent. What a blessing for your dad.
You are a great daughter... this is one big thing I want my children to learn...to respect their parents and never forget they are standing because of them.. koodos to you and your parents.
I came for the cleaning video, stayed for the narration. That was amazing and so captivating, I love the way you told us about your family. And it was very relatable too. I'm undiagnosed autistic myself, and I recognized so many things you spoke about. Living in a world that's not designed for people like you can be so damn hard sometimes.
Just listened to your video and your explanation of neuro divergent and other social situations are just amazing xxx your dad sounds like a very creative and intelligent man and extremely hard working and he's extremely lucky to have a wonderful daughter like you ❤️
Beautiful work, Remi. What a lovely, welcoming kitchen to come home to. I appreciate hearing your story. I can sympathize about trying to explain to "normal" people who just don't get it. I myself am probably neurotypical but have persistent depressive disorder and maybe a dash of some kind of anxiety, maybe mild OCD, I'm not sure. Other people who fall down or go through a rough time just do not understand how I feel on an average day or a bad day. And that's great, actually, that they don't have depression! But I think if you don't have anything you're constantly dealing with it can really make you unfeeling and prejudiced towards others. Anyway, you're an angel for cleaning your dad's home and I look forwards to the next videos!
What a wonderful job you did, Remi - the finished kitchen looks terrific! Your voiceover was truly fascinating and I learned so much from it. Thank you for your honesty and compassion, and for having the courage to speak so frankly about the things you have found so hard in your life. Respect!!
Your father's face when he saw the metamorphosis must have been delightful and satisfying to see! 🌹❤🌹Congratulations and best wishes to both of you. He is not the only hero in his house. ❤ You are truly a dynamo and a guru. 🌹
Such a great motivational cleaning video! The voiceover family story was so interesting - really perceptive & thought provoking insight into neurodivergence.
I hope you appreciate how brilliant you are. Seriously, you explained complex concepts with immense clarity. Your empathy is stunning. Rather than focusing on what can be seen, you dive down to the roots of dysfunction lurking beneath the surface that others see and judge harshly. Your generosity in your descriptions of your parent and siblings is unlike anything I ever witnessed. Much respect and admiration. Please, if you read the comments, don't think twice about the negative ones. There will always be people who are unreachable. I've subscribed to your channel and lok forward to getting to know you BTW, my house is a disaster, though very much less of one than it was a week ago. I found this video to be incredibly helpful, especially with the hard task of letting go of some of the shame. 🙏🏼❤️😘
Love listening to your “rambling” as you call it Remi. 😂 You did an amazing job. Dads kitchen is so nice too btw! Like you said you’re helping out someone who helps you out. Your hero #family 🫶💕
oh man it is so refreshing to hear you talk about social anxiety!! your story of skipping the exam was so relatable - i used to have a similar fear as a teenager. i was in an extracurricular orchestra, and was frequently late. it was so embarrassing to interrupt the rehearsals and unpack my violin in front of everyone, i would just sit outside the room, consumed with anxiety, until the conductor announced break time so i could sneak in. social anxiety is SO paralyzing, it’s so awful to hear people minimize it as “just being shy”
You just validated so many of my thoughts and feelings. I have seen 8 therapist in the last 3 years and I talk and plead with them to help me and it’s like they are not even listening. Missing an exam because you don’t want to be seen knowingly that you would throw everything you’ve worked so hard for, I’ve done that. The regret and shame that follows is almost unbearable. I know I am smart, but I severely struggle to execute and stay motivated to accomplish my goals. Then it spirals into deep depression and feeling useless and unworthy. Thank you for seeing me. 😢
I was spellbound by the 'audio therapy', thank you! My daughter is a Clinical Psychologist and I shared your video with her - I hope she watches it. We live in South Africa, (my mom was born in the UK), and your life in some ways sounds oh, so familiar! You keep up doing what you're doing, and I wish you every success. Well done!
I love listening to your storytelling while you clean, it feels like a podcast. Despite the difficulties you faced while growing up, you refused to let your issues define your life. Good job ❤❤❤❤
Well, you just obtained a new fan here. I admire your very compassionate, empathetic and honest output on how and why you do what you do. The way you express about the people you help aid for the viewer to understand that the person behind these scenes are truly human, as we are all flawed, and this really helps to understand the mental health issues that most of us are too embarrassed or overwhelmed to even mention (at least in my case). Your way to narrate your experience really shows love, compassion, empathy but also the awareness that you carry on your person. "A way with words" if you will. I share the liking of listening to true crime audio/podcasts while cleaning or doing other activities that require some kind of background noise that is interesting. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with focus or drive to maybe try to find a type of podcast, audiobook, or something similar that can ease with the overwhelming thoughts that lead to dreading a task or process. Might not be the solution but trying it may open a new way of coping for some. Anyway, I'm really enjoying your content. I enjoy the narration, the emotion, the exemplary attitude towards people and the motivation. A complete package that also helps heal some scars and pain along the way by informing and guiding.
xoxo ❤️❤️🤗 Many thank you’s for the insight and self compassion you share with us all. I’m so proud of your accomplishments and hope to add your enthusiasm to my needed cleaning chores, dear. ❤
She made me a fan too. I have a son and his mostly grown kids that all have ADHD and one has Asperger‘s. I get so frustrated with the way their house looks! She helped me understand their brains just don’t work like my OCD brain. She’s amazing.
Im 69 and i have never heard what I have experienced my whole life spoken so clearly. It's like pieces of a puzzle being put in place. Well done, young woman.
I want to hug you for your loving tribute to your family. You are a marvelously empathic person. Thank you for sharing this story and satisfying result.

Biggest hugs to you and the Family from Australia 🥰 🦘🦘🦘
Biggest hugs from every country! ❤
I could listen to your "ranting" all day. What you're doing is amazing. Not just cleaning motivation, but the life lessons. Thank you!!
Great Cleaning. Lovely Daughter. BRILLIANT CHAT
The love, respect and admiration for your dad came through in your video. Good work.
Are you serious, love, respect, caring, finally why is the home like that at all can someone answer that,u definitely can't u all r hypocrites.
@@vivianholliday4338 sorry you feel that way. As Thumper said in Bambi, “if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” I think you are the “pot calling the kettle black” as the old saying goes when you call us hypocrites. You have left nothing but negative comments on this channel. If you feel that way, don’t watch it! There are thousands of channels you can choose instead.
@terryc1445 Terry silly, don't every feel sorry for me,I will definitely say what I fe,just like you so that makes you a hypocrite, and stupid. If you don't like what I says, then you should keep scrolling away mrs. Pathetic hypocrite.people put there business out there for you & I to 👀, now do u understand anything clearer or r u still dumb and stupid.
Thank you ❤
❤❤❤76 here…and I finally “get” me! 😂
I got teary eyed when you mentioned groups of parents you avoid. I do this so much at family functions. It really takes a toll being around so many people
It does! You’re definitely not alone. It takes days to recharge my battery after going to certain events
Same here
Thought I was was going to be watching a before/after cleaning video. Well, I saw that and a compassionate, intelligent woman sharing her life story. You have an incredible outlook on life! Take care and God Bless.
Bless its so good for you to talk like this you will help so many people ❤
Your story and outlook on life, and the love you have for your dad made me cry a couple times.
You're a wonderful daughter helping your dad 😊
You are a great daughter. There needs to be more like than complaining. Thank you for sharing your love.
What a lovely daughter you are! There's nothing better than coming home to a clean house! You did an AMAZING job young lady!
I am amazed at how much I am enjoying listening to her! She is right. When your environment is chaotic you won't be at peace.
My granddaughter is going to marry a man who is autistic and also has ADHD. I feel like I learned more about how to empathize with him so much more after listening to your family journey. I really appreciate your honesty and openness. Robin
Very loving daughter. May God bless you for your service towards your dad.❤ Not many kids care for their aging parents.
You’re so wonderfully articulate. My son has autism and you explain things so lovely. Great job. You’re a fantastic person xx❤
Kitchen looks marvellous. You're describing my family. I'm the cleaner.
The love you have for your dad is gorgeous :)
I love how much empathy you have. If we are all honest with ourselves, we will see a part of our habits in your father's home.
Young lady, everything you said rang a bell with my life. You are wise beyond your years. Thank you for this and helping your dad. There is another cleaning video, its name is Midwest magic and the manhis name is Mac. You and he need to talk. Love from Florida in the USA
Stumbled upon this video. And I swear, it was the universe telling me to stop, listen and watch. Thank you ❤
What’s funny is that his work station is pristine! lol! There’s his passion. And it’s beautiful the way you speak of him. He’s as fortunate to have you as you are to have him😊
❤️
no judgment except for you, What a wonderful giving daughter.
No she's not,why so long to clean,r u out of state.
Maybe seek out an assessment?
I have cleaned family members houses like this but within weeks it’s right back to where it was. I found that the less I have, the easier it is to clean. I got rid of 80% of the stuff including clothes in my house and have so much more peace.
You explain conditions with such knowledge and compassion. I just love your videos and you are a sweetheart. Love from Canada!
Curious to know your father’s reaction to seeing the kitchen when he returned home? What a lovely gift for him!🇺🇸☺️
You are a great daughter... this is one big thing I want my children to learn...to respect their parents and never forget they are standing because of them.. koodos to you and your parents.
this made me so emotional, just knowing that there are other neurodivergent people who go through the same struggles ❤
Respect!!
Thank you for being YOU. Especially loved this podcast about your father & family. CJ.
What a beautiful human being you are , god bless you for being so kind and giving 🎉
You are a gem😘. Wise and very loving daughter who shares her love. Well Done!
Your father's face when he saw the metamorphosis must have been delightful and satisfying to see!
🌹❤🌹Congratulations and best wishes to both of you. He is not the only hero in his house. ❤ You are truly a dynamo and a guru. 🌹
What a show of love! The cleaning and the commentary!❤
Stay at home mum of 3 ages 4 2 and 11 months. These videos get me through cleaning daily! Thank you so much x
Your a very smart and caring young lady!! Good for you and best of luck with your channel ❤ sounds like a very hard working family 👪 ❤
Such a great motivational cleaning video! The voiceover family story was so interesting - really perceptive & thought provoking insight into neurodivergence.
You did an amazing job! I can relate with many of the things you said. God bless you!
What a blessing you are truly! Your father sounds like an actual prince! Grand clean Remi, bravo! 🎉
Thank you so much 🥰❤️
I hope you appreciate how brilliant you are. I've subscribed to your channel and lok forward to getting to know you
BTW, my house is a disaster, though very much less of one than it was a week ago.
I found you by accident and am so glad that I did. Completely happy that I now know there are more people like me out there.
oh man it is so refreshing to hear you talk about social anxiety!! your story of skipping the exam was so relatable - i used to have a similar fear as a teenager. i was in an extracurricular orchestra, and was frequently late. it was so embarrassing to interrupt the rehearsals and unpack my violin in front of everyone, i would just sit outside the room, consumed with anxiety, until the conductor announced break time so i could sneak in. social anxiety is SO paralyzing, it’s so awful to hear people minimize it as “just being shy”
Well done!
What a wonderful daughter.
A complete package that also helps heal some scars and pain along the way by informing and guiding.
xoxo ❤️❤️🤗
Many thank you’s for the insight and self compassion you share with us all.
You are such a lovely person. I'm sure your dad is very proud to have you for his daughter. He sounds like a very nice man and we know you are a compassionate and thoughtful daughter!!
You such an amazing daughter, I am crying at the love you have for your father 💖 And, helping him out like that, absolutely lovely 🌹💕👸
