Nice dish Chef Gambo. I've used those types of noodles before. I had a difficult time at the start but adapted well in future recipes. Hoped you and Sue had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you both a Happy New Year. Looking forward to new recipes in 2022.
Their restaurant closed about 3 to 4 years ago because they were bought out by a school. It was so close and so good. They were only about a mile and a half from me in Maple Grove, Minnesota. They post a lot of the recipes, when I make them they’re good, but they don’t taste like they did when Gambo made them.
