SO WONDERFULLY YUMMY 😋 I just made this for dinner with minimal ingredients in the fridge! Subbed out the carrot and bean sprouts for bell peppers and diced up broccoli since that’s all I had. Used butter instead of oil, and separately fried some regular yellow onion instead of green onion for a garnish!! So delicious and heart warming, my fiancée loves it too! Will certainly make this again with the proper ingredients next time. It is very versatile and tasty! 🥰 thank you! 🙏🏼
I love this, I started to make it years ago with gluten free soy sauce because it's usually a rice noodle and some restaurant made it with soy sauce with wheat so I decided to learn to make it instead of risking that happening again
Thank you so much , I have been looking for a recipe for this forever and yours is so easy to understand and so easy to make . This is my favorite Chinese food besides black peppered pork or chicken and egg rolls thank you so much for showing us . Can’t wait to make this 🙏👍👍👍😋😋😋😉 thank you ❤
Also should of added more oil towards the end, cutting the noodles will help ingredients incorporate and cook more evenly. Usong a spatula and chop sticks to toss the noodles with 2 hands will help you manuver better.
These are my favorite noodles! My local Chinese restaurant makes these, just like your recipe! Thank you for this video, I will definitely try and make this this weekend.
There's this one restaurant that makes it like this. The only one I've ever seen, and its my favorite noodles to get. In fact, as soon as they're taken out, people are already waiting and the do finish quick. Its a buffet so they do keep taking more out. Anyways, now i know and will be making it myself..
Hi Ling, thanks a lot for sharing your recipe. Anyway does brand of soy sauce matter? I dont know why mine does not seem to be fragrant enough. I am using Tiger brand soy sauce from Singapore. Not sure if I should switch brands....
Enjoy your videos. I make what I call a form of Asian fusion with elements of Chinese and Indian using vegetables alone or with chicken. I taught myself how to use chopsticks to eat and cook with. I have gotten a lot of great ideas from your videos. I am still working on perfecting my noodle technique (I use Vietnamese rice vermicelli). Thanks for inspiration and ideas.
Hi Ling. Nice dish as I made similar. The only difference is, I use large or extra large rice noodles ( my girlfriend's sister loves it ) and dark soy sauce. For Easter, I'll be making shrimp yu choy with pineapple in oyster sauce. I'm looking forward to it. Have a great Easter long weekend.
Thanks for stating non GMO. I like the simplicity of your recipe. Am trying to teach the younger generation at work, they HAVE SIMPLE alternatives from pizza and cheeseburger french fry meals. 😂
Thank you for your great videos. BTW: you are so beautiful!! lol I am from Hawaii so our mixture of cultures and foods are so wonderful!! You always calm me down with your videos...thank you!
Ling that looks Delicious... We just made an Vietnamese soup the other night for for dinner, I had an employer (phenomenal lady) that gave me her recipe... We will definitely be making this VERY soon. We eat Asian at least once a week..... Do you have a recipe for spring rolls or the rolls using rice paper? If so could you send me the link please 🤗🙏 Kendra
Ma'am I wonder if you could advise. Cooking in a wok generally makes use of a very high temperature to avoid sticking. Can the cooking procedure in this video be used at a lower temperature and in a regular pan for someone constrained in terms of apartment size to avoid food smells throughout the apartment ?

Excuse my ignorance just trying to learn. What's the difference in the soy sauces? Taste?
Hi
@@Nenita123 Probably gluten. Soy sauce usually has gluten.

Rice noodles , non GMO. Rice crop is one of the crop that is the most engineered, GMO'd.

Hi
Only soya sauce is added to taste.?
Fantastic demo and recipe. Similar to Chow Mei Fun?
It is Chow Mei Fun 🤩
@@ChineseHealthyCook where or how did you learn your recipes? These are all similar to Szh and Hunan meals. Do you speak Cantonese?
Look delish 👍👍Ling!!

Do you have recommendations for making a large batch for 20 people party?
You can add some protein like chicken or shrimp 😋
Noodles must not be dry. Otherwise they stick to the pan.

Wrong technique. You don't boil the rice noodles. You just blanch it in warm water. That's why your noodles are sticky
