    Thank you so much for your very clear instructions! Best video. I've been doing yoga for 11 years, basically self taught through reading and videos, and im always looking for ways to enhance my well being and become better connected with myself. My words can't express how much your video excited and empowered me. I've been trying to accomplish just first part for two years. I would read article after article, and just couldn't grasp the concept. Thanks again.

    I have been looking for a good video on Nauli but never came across this one. I have watched other videos but they were total waste of time and that too mentioned with years and years of practice it will require without any proper explanation.
    This video is the most informative, I should've found it early, thanks!!

    Very helpful explanation of Nauli Kriya. Unfortunately, I did not understand the name you gave to the first practice, it sounded something like Dhragy Mudra? Could you please provide the correct English spelling? With Nauli it would be helpful if you could mention the number of rounds that should be practiced, and is that on a daily basis. Or is this something that is very dependant on the individual and you are unable to give any guidance?

    • @YogaByDevidatta
      @YogaByDevidatta  4 роки тому

      The first practice is Tadagi Mudra..Tadag means lake...number of rounds and duration of practice depends on person to person...you can practice this everyday...
