This is so hard to let go of. As soon as I reach around 1 200 kls, my alarmas start ringing, and I feel awful about eating.
Thank you!
THANK YOU 😊!!!
We'll see. As for people who wonder if they'll get enough calories, I have no idea how their brains work. Getting enough calories has never been a challenge for me. However, I can easily eat too many, regardless of the food we are talking about. I've heard other whole foods doctors say it is impossible to overeat on their diets and I've proved them wrong. I can eat a lot and smoothies are easier to get down than food! Many people like to say calories don't matter until they see you putting up numbers like 4,000 calories a day at a height of 5'10" with a sedentary lifestyle. So, let's just say I'm skeptical, but willing to test it. And, if you're going to say exercise is necessary, then that means calories do matter.
LOVE THIS. Thankyou! I do never never never ever feel though!:(
Eat more!! And use healthy fats in your meals like O3s and avocados which trigger fullness.
i have been learning a great deal about eating plant based,..i have osteoarthritis...should i avoid the loves of my life..potatoes, tomatoes, beets and all night shades vegetable? if i give up dairy and meat, hate to give up these vegetables.
so do we no longer think of insufficient caloric intake as one of the causes of functional hypothalamic amenorrhea?
I weigh only 40 kgs as I have Autoimmune Pancreatitis,EPI,Fatty liver and kidney issues( I cannot drink very much liquid without pain in kidney region). Am I too underweight to try this diet and will it affect my kidneys with this amount of water?
mine only adds up to 560, what am I missing ? 350g box of greens , 1 banana,1 cup of pineapple 1/3 cup of flax water gives me 64 ounces
A calorie is a measure of heat...
