      Really enjoy that you are outside near tall, uncut grass, and the birds are singing! Birds eat a lot of grass seed, and it's good to not always cut it down! The health of nature gives us so much energy to work with in our bodies for qigong:)

    in my ideal vision of the ideal town in every building we should have someone like you who can teach everyone in the building how to take care of their body.
