Thanks for the video, really good. One slight alteration I might be tempted to make, would be to tie a fig 8 loop rather than a straight forward Granny. Just a lot more confidence in them, personally.
Hi Jimmy. I can’t get 1mm silicon over the eye of my Fang X for love nor money. It’s gone over the knot ok and I’ve slid the silicone up to the eye. That should be enough to stop the D slipping?
Hi mate in all rigs why do anglers want the hook to stick out, instead of sitting under the bolie. and allowing the carp not to feel it on the injections or suck in to the mouth. .i feel the hook under directly under the boile is or maybe better . the d longer to allow this to happen and therefore a longer drop for the hook to fall back into the fishes mouth . upon rejection or blowing the bolie out. is there footage of this hook in action compared to the aforementioned rig i have suggested .
