Sounds like you have arms that have internal cables. Unfortunately, there is no fix for that. We would just replace the entire arm, and more than likely, both arms would need to be replaced. You can contact us using the Contact Form on the website if you’d like to explore that further.
Any way to replace the cord in the arms? The cords in the arms are fraying and I'm scared to use my awning.
