just had some saffron milkcaps we found nearby under a pine tree. i had never had them before. cooked with butter, they were absolutely delicious!

Saffron milk caps fried in a bit of butter with chopped parsley and crushed garlic and a optional drizzle of white wine with pasta... simple and deliclus ❤
