Looks attractive. The production and the minis! Yes minis.
I believe the base game has minis, and the minis are part of the upgrade.
I love this review is over two years old and we still don’t have our games…
I wouldn't love that. I would think that was kind of a bad thing. In any event, when it does arrive you'll love the game.
lol to the Star Wars joke 😎
Thank you, sir. It's one of those jokes that's funny because it's true.
If Disney had Jar Jar in the movies, and He was revealed to be Darth Plagueis just as he was drinking green milk. Then it would still be crap.
Indeed!
I watched a play through of the game and it looked fun. I hope they add a way for the French to contest the sea or invade Egypt and Britain.
They could possibly add those mechs to the game expansions. We'll see.
In the base scenario, France has a special card to land in Egypt.
Looks like the Lamps map.
Well, it is Europe.
Apparently I live in London now!
Love the review, the game looks pretty cool.
Thanks!
Very cool that the Ottomans are included. But where are the Spanish and/or guerrillas?
Not here in the core set, perhaps expansions.
Great quick overview! Quick simple question: Did you like the game?
I did. I generally don’t give a recommend I’m a preview video. But I had a lot of fun with this ones
I was intrigued by your review, but I have seen that the game has gone through many changes to the rules (not necessarily the core principles of the game). Does anyone know of there will be more details released on the finished game before the kickstarter late pledge closes?
I believe what is covered in the rules is the latest tweak, but I could be mistaken.
I play a lot of games multiplayer solo and that's not possible with this kind of game, for multiple reasons. I guess there is a solo version... but what exactly is that like?
I haven't played the solo version, but given the negotiation element in multiplayer, I imagine its a different experience.
There is an automa for a solo play.
Have you ever played Warmachine or Mage Knight?
I played the card game version of Warmachine years ago. I used to own Mage Knight but never got it to the table. I have played the Star Trek version of it, though.
No KS preview link?
It's not up yet. I believe it goes live tomorrow.

Hate the Map. Seem fun.
I believe this is jut the prototype map.
Khody, ave u checking out this designer's latest jigsaws , xellent 🐾🐧🕳️
I’m afraid not.
This game had me until "enabler". Ridiculous mechanic.
Hopefully you’ll be able to give it a chance at some point.
It's sad that board games are tending to solo mode more and more. I think it would be a good idea to adopt old computer games' mechanics of playing via e-mail.
And, btw, why Russians are green?
Because Russians used green uniforms at the time.
I don't know why giving players more options is a bad thing.

it's not that bad. Very true, better a small fish than an empty dish. But it's like solo chess, what's good in it? Speaking of a particular kind of the games, one who is supposed to run imagination free and enjoy a game beomes an appendage of the game. Especially if the game is complex enough.
Fake, that isn't the real Jar Jar.
He's more real to me than you could ever be. ;)
T.T
Another good game that needs no less than four people? Pass.
The more the merrier.
The game is playable and fun even with one.
