Finally hearing why I have prostate pain. Since my 40's (now 71) I have had prostate pain that periodically can get so intense it takes my breath away with cold sweat. No one ever mentioned prostatitis, only BPH. I recently told the doctor urinating in the mornings was becoming increasingly harder and was advised to increase the proscar from 2.5 mg to 5 mg. Over the years I have known men (including my brother) that had prostate cancer, and I always asked if they had pain, and everyone said no. I was puzzled, but now I know. Thank you for sharing the info with us. 👍👍👍
I’m 68 and have been taking 5mg ofTidadafil for over5 years, for BPH it allows me to sleep all night and have improved urine flow. Absolutely a game changer!
Cialis has been a game changer for me, I'm 55 and have had a lot of those symptoms, the worst was the dribble or having extream urgency to have to urinate. No current issues on 5mg.
Awesome I'm 54 and exact same symptoms dribble and extreme urgency the second I have to go. What about getting erections? Do u get used to it ? Cause I need my wood when it's required. And it's required often 😊
Dear Dr. Brewer, I am a 74-year-old retired engineer. For several years I have had the problems and the urge to use the bathroom and it was making me crazy. Thanks to Cialis, all my problems are gone now. I can not agree enough with what you are saying. ONE IMPORTANT POINT in my case is that 5 mg of Cialis was not enough. Thanks to my Urologist. My urology doctor approved my request for 10mg daily and I still am using it. It really does the magic. I am certain that this extra 5 mg (Total 10) also has had a big effect in my case. Thank you for your excellent clip.
@@chickenfarm09 My God, you must be a magician!!! I started having hearing loss about a year ago. But mine started with middle ear liquid. QUESTION: Please tell me why you asked me this question. Yes, I did have a hearing loss. Would you think it is because of Cialis?
@@chickenfarm09 I found out that Cialis actually negatively affects hearing and hearing loss. Also, if you stop using it, it might reverse the hearing loss. Thank you for your question!
I have been taking 5mg daily for over 2 years. It shrunk my prostrate to the point that I no longer get up in the middle of the night. It also helped my Peyronies significantly and lowered my PSA on my last test. I'm 70 years old.

I was prescribed tadalafil as part of the recovery regimen after my prostatectomy to treat prostate cancer. I've found (to my surprise) that its greatest benefit has been for cardiovascular health and improvements in circulation. The only side effect for me has been mild heartburn. One UA-cam contributor who is a nationally well-regarded doctor specializing in sexual health following prostate cancer treatment also mentions that men who take tadalafil generally have a 30% risk reduction of cardiovascular events and a 25% risk reduction of death from any cause.
I am taking 10 mg cialis, zinc, and saw palmetto daily. At 70 my urinary comfort is much better than the 10-15 years before I started that regimen. I had been prescribed flomax to help reduce my tendency to have kidney stones by keeping the liquids flowing. But flowmax caused discomfort in sex (backflow) and also urinary urgency consistently. I have stopped the flowmax and the cialis, zinc, and saw palmetto combination have provided essentially "pre-old man" urinary comfort, while I am still moving a couple of liters of urine a day. I knew the role role of cialis in sexual health, but did not know the role it was playing in improving my urinary health.
I've taken Cialis 5mg for several years now. When my first doc put me on Flomax and Finasteride I had a lot of unwanted problems. Cialis has been a game changer for my BPH.
As a retired country doctor I have prescribed these drugs you mention over many years. In dealing with my own hypertension issue in recent years I have settled on a Calcium Channel blocker daily and Tadalafil10 mg twice weekly. Tadalafil has a longer half life than the blue pill. My BP, which was labile, has become acceptably stable. The Tadalafil is taken in the AM on Sunday and again at Noon on Wednesday. This means dosing is on an 84 hour cycle, evening out the problem with an odd number of days in the week. Dr. O
@jonmaher2531 the gentleman you are commenting back to, didn't say anything about using it for BPH/Luts, the calcium channel blocker and taladifil is for his hypertension.
You always do a great job Dr Brewer! I enjoy your podcasts tremendously and am a pharmacist. I take Cialis and benefit from 3 of the conditions mentioned! Thank you for all you do to improve peoples health!
Después de ver este video mi vida cambió, sólo llevo 15 días con el tratamiento y ya a mejorado al 100 mi problema de las gotitas que mojaban mis calzoncillos y mis ganas de orinar, estoy como chavo de 20 años
I started taking 5mg of tadalafil daily and for some reason I can lift heavier during my workouts. Im 51 years old and my best friend is performing like a boy in his 20s. Tadalafil is a life changing pill
I was reluctant to comment, but I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 18 months ago. I changed a lot of things in my life, I work out 4 days a week, no red or processed meat, improved my sleep habits, drink less alcohol, eat healthier, lowered my cortisol levels and so on, but I also started taking 5mg on Cialis each day which lead to a lot more ejaculations. My 1 year follow up biopsy found no cancer. I asked the Dr if it's gone and he said no, but it's gotten smaller. Please do not take this comment as medical advice for prostate cancer and keep on top of your dr advice. But I feel like Cialis was part of what helped me.
As a prostate cancer survivor I strongly recommend annual physicals with PSA testing starting at age 50, something I wouldn’t have done if my wife wasn’t an MD who ‘strongly recommend’ it. In my case my PSA rose slowing to 3.2 then between ages 67 and 68 doubled which I discovered was the point insurance will pay to for the MRI, MRI assisted biopsy, PET scan to rule out bone cancer, etc. In my case the tumor was very aggressive with high Gleason score and I opted for robotic surgical removal three months after the elevated PSA test. Had I waited another year I might not be writing this. A year after surgery PSA rose to .2 which post surgery is a indicator for reoccurrence. Fortunately a new diagnostic PET scan tracer Plarify which an spot prostrate cancer down the cellular level was approved and the source of the elevated PSA was determined to be a lymph node that had not been removed during surgery. Getting rid of the cancer in it required two years of Lupron hormone therapy and 38 daily radiation treatments. Something learned on this journey is that Testosterone promotes prostrate cancer growth. The Lupon they put me on prior to and after the radiation drops the T level to zero which caused loss of muscle mass, energy level and desire to tackle projects in addition to eliminating any desire for sex. Fortunately three months after getting off the Lupron muscle mass is increasing and energy level is back to normal and so is 👍 with the help of Cialis. 😂
I'm 68, and have had BPH for years. PSA has been climbing steadily every year and is now 4.8. I've been taking Tamsulosin for 10 years but still get up at least 2X every night to pee. I'm going to ask my DR to prescribe Cialis based on the info you've provided here. Thank you for sharing this..
"YOU can't outprescribe a lifestyle problem" 16:05 , excellent illustrations. Tadalafil is NOT just an ED only med, it's an Endothelial and Nitrous Oxide med. I'll tell that to my IM doc. Thanks.
My doc switched me from viagra to cialis. Been taking it for 1 year. It stopped me from urinating at night and helped with my ED. Im 67 and will continue to use it
I started using 5mg C a few years back. If I now miss a few days, I start to not feel well. It has made a major change in my overall health. So much more general energy.
5 mg Cialis has been extremely helpful with my BPH/LUTS/Chronic Prostatitis/Pelvic Pain. Initially tried Tamsulosin, but didn't like it (can't remember why, sorry). I also tried Proscar, but like 30-50% of men, stopped after a month with sore breasts and total loss of libido (yikes!). Also tried a Eurolift which stopped helping within a year. The reality seems to be that if you have an enlarged Prostate, maybe one should just bite the bullet up front and have a procedure done that generally relieves the issues long term. A TURP is currently the gold standard of care/treatment, but I think Aquablation may be even better and will eventually overtake/replace TURP. Problem I have is that now I have a Gleason 7 (3/4) and it's recommended that I treat that as well. A lot of abuse for one prostate. It's hell getting old. LOL
60 yrs with mild BPH and diabetes. It gives me terrible lower back pain for 2-3 days. Plus, the effects down below aren't strong enough like sildenfil (which gives me stuffy nose for a few hours ... but I can tolerate that). Have tried it about 5-6 times over the years with consistent symptoms of back pain ... eventually gave up on Cialis.
It isn't men that ignore men's health issues. Female Dr.'s and their PA's do as well. It takes 3 months to get an appointment (out her in the rural area where I reside)and yet questions or exams regarding such issues are not even asked. The prevalence seems to be focusing on "women's health issues". So your information is helpful. The tadalafil has helped with my BPH. self diagnosed BTW.
I used to get up multiple times a night about 15 years ago. The doctor I had at the time couldn’t help so I googled my symptoms and found out about over active bladder syndrome. I held my pee for as long as I could before going for about 3 months to stretch my bladder. I sometimes sleep through the night now but usually get up once. My quality of life improved dramatically.
*DON'T GET UP IN THE NIGHT - Just roll over and pee in the bedside urinal. I've done it since the nurse gently pulled out the urinary catheter inserted before my primary TKR/TKA in Stockholm, Sweden.Unfortunately followed by a post op infection. Two stage revision here in Bangkok Thailand where I am a resident. Don't keep running to the bathroom at night!*
I took Cialis for five years. I wound up with an inflamed stomach and had to quit. It worked great for BPH and high blood pressure meds. My Gastroenterologist wanted me to take omepresol for my stomach inflammation. I'm tired of taking so many pills.
@PianoPatterns123 i would if I knew what you're talking about. I'll Google search it. I'm at the Doctor's office now killing time waiting for her to get in. Thanks
Not mentioned here is that Medicare drug plans will pay for Cialis if it is prescribed for the prostrate not for erection problems. The key is how the doctor prescribes the drug!
You can get these and other prescription meds from Mark Cuban's Cost Plus drugs. For example, 90, 5mg Tadalafil (Cialis), at the time I write this was $9.79 plus $5.00 shipping. This is without any insurance of any kind. Check it out
My experience...5mg daily dose had annoying side effects; mainly muscle pain in lower back. But going to 5mg twice a week proved to be beneficial. Far fewer night calls and much easier to get flow started. Efficacy of 5mg Cialis dose seems to be about 3 days. Added bonus, firmer erections.
Thank God you're in America, where you can get to see a qualified medical doctor for health treatment across the Atlantic in the UK health treatment is absent but we men still have to pay taxes for absent treatment and work when sick, over 7 million people are on the waiting list for treatment from the NHS.
You don't get any health treatment in the USA unless you can pay for it. And it's the most expensive in the World, even though it's far from the best. If you want better health care in the UK, pay for it! It'll cost you far less than it will in the USA.
The shrinking of the enlarged prostate is the best effect of Cialis. It seems to be unexpected, but it works --- and brings a lot on confort for men that doesn't even need it for treating ED 😊
Tamulosin has been very helpful for me. It took away all the nighttime wakes to get to the restroom. It hasn’t helped with the slow flow and it is actually easier to empty my bladder by taking the “alternate” route of sitting instead of standing. It takes longer but it takes away a lot of “leaking” after voiding. Weird to be talking about this at my age-69.
is better tamsulosin for urine problematic empty and get a better flow ? ....people said that tamsulosin only helps but is not a real solution to obstruction by prosthatits or bhp , what is your opinion or xperiencie about it ?
It works excellent for all the prostate and bladder problems, I've used it for years, yeah, there's some small side effects, but, the prostate and bladder problems are much worse.

I had eyes serous retina deattachment issues for being microdose 5mg daily for 15 months, I quote here British Columbia University study on this issue. But reversed within 2-3 months after stopping and never returned, now I only use it like 5-10mg in whole week instead of 35mg weekly!
Now 74, in excellent physical condition for my age, I have tried Cialis on and off many times from 5 mg to 20 mg. Unfortunately the side effects of muscle and lower back aches, and heartburn from hell eventually show up. Although the benefits last longer, so do unwanted sides.
My Dad, newly widowed, aged 79, wanted to remarry. In hopes of becoming, er, more youthful, to please a new wife, he went to a doctor and got on blood pressure medication and cholesterol medication. He told me all about this. A few months later, he told me he had been to ANOTHER doctor and obtained more medication. A few months after this, he had been having bad reactions to his cholesterol med, and his doctor changed to a different one. Not long after that, his girl friend (about his own age) called me and told me that he had had a terrible allergic reaction to his meds, his airway swelled up and he was having trouble breathing. She took him to the local clinic/hospital, where they performed an emergency tracheotomy. They thought he was stable. His girlfriend left to feed the animals on his little farm, and he just slipped away. Later my brother and I found a bottle of Cialis with his other meds. That’s why he went to a second doctor, because the other doctor wouldn’t give it to him. Sometimes Cialis does not play nicely with other meds. Dad died at 80. His younger brother lived to 95. You have been warned!
80 years old is a great age to die. (My father died at 76, mother at 73). I'm sure that your father was informed about the risks of taking Cialis, but he decided to take it. So yes, your father died earlier, but probably much happier than his brother. May both rest in peace.
Im taking 2.5mg daily myself but recently stumbled across an FDA document (albeit from 2007) where it says amongst other things: Pharmacodynamics Effects on Blood Pressure - Tadalafil 20 mg administered to healthy male subjects produced no significant difference compared to placebo in supine systolic and diastolic blood pressure (difference in the mean maximal decrease of 1.6/0.8 mm Hg, respectively) and in standing systolic and diastolic blood pressure (difference in the mean maximal decrease of 0.2/4.6 mm Hg, respectively). In addition, there was no significant effect on heart rate. Thoughts anyone?
I am 64 years old and have diabetes type 2. I have been taking Cialis and Alfuzosin Hydrochloride 10mg daily for the past 6 months and it has helped me a lot in reducing my enlarged prostate and the difficulty I was having while urinating.
I was involved in a clinical trial for BPH, using Cialis at least 10 years ago. It was a successful trial, and I have been taking 5mg since the trial concluded. No side effects.

Its better not to rely on medication to acheive health. Do your best to use excercise , massage, diet modification and supplements before even thinking about pharmecuticals. Id like to give my respect to this man for clearly mentioning the priority of proper lifestyle chioces in this video, something most doctors do not.
My Urologist has me on a combination of 5 mg Cialis, .4 mg Tamsulosin, and 15mg Meloxicam for BPH. He keeps telling me I have Prostatitis, the last DRE I had sent me over the table and I peed blood for a day. Sorry TMI. I also have low-grade Prostate cancer. That combo of meds has helped with nocturia but still getting up on average once per. It has improved from 3 times per. Been on this combo for more than 90 days. Not to mention other things I do to combat inflammation. No alcohol, eat as clean as possible, turmeric and cinnamon in coffee, no sugar, etc. Also, my symptoms improved when I stopped eating and drinking water around 6 or 7 PM and fasted until 10 or 11 the next morning. I am going to try cold plunging for the next 30 days. May still have to opt for the HIFU procedure.
Ask about HIFU to treat your prostate cancer. It will shrink your prostate improving urine flow and treat the cancer. Medicare recognizes this treatment since 2023. BTW Turmeric combined with black pepper can be hard on your liver and can amplify medications leading to overdosing of prescription meds.
Thank you, doc. Nighttime urination causes me many sleepless nights, I have given up, thinking this is inevitable due to old age, I definitely going to give it a try.
It works for LUTS and high BP. Cost and availabity through insurance can be a problem. It is now legal in the US to order a 90 supply from Canada. A legit company will require a prescription from your Dr.
I wonder if you could order them also from places like Australia. The currency difference would more than make up for shipping and may be cheaper. The U.S vs AUD is about a 35% saving.
I’m not a doctor, but from my reading the literature on this that cialis affects some areas but not others. It doesn’t have a uniform, body-wide effect.
Sí , es muy probable que así sea . Faltarían estudios para poder afirmarlo , sin embargo aquí se afirma que reduce en un 30 % o más los eventos cerebro vasculares .
Such DRY humour. We're up for that! Thanks, Doc. Cialis (Tamsulosin) + Flomax (Tadalafil) = trouble Dr. Brewer notes this is a bad combination. Both drop blood pressure. Together, precipitously. A doctor in Emerg prescribed both, together, to treat Edema (swelling in my legs & feet). Result was severe blood pressure drops (mine already tends to run low), I passed out & hit the floor. I wish the Emerg MD had seen Dr. Brewer's vids - or read the label. I could stand fine with either one. Together, I couldn't keep it up. Couldn't keep ME up.
This has many benefits for me as a 27 year old man, I have kidney stones and this helps relax the ureter and increases urine flow making it easier for me to pass any stones, and helps completely emoter my bladder so that I don’t have a build up of urine in the bladder (which can also create kidney stones) Additionally I used to wake up once every night to go pee, since starting Cialis I don’t anymore. I also do PE (Penile Exercise) and this helps with blood flow and makes it easier to get and keep erections, truly think every man should start taking this at around 25 years old.
I’ve had the same experiences as Dr. Brewer. BPH symptoms started at 50. When I got to the right doctor we began the treatment process trying three different alpha blockers like Flomax. All three created hypotension. After my research and discussion with the doc we decided on Cialis 2.5mg and bumped it up to 5mg. No side effects but I do suspect a slight improvement in lowering my blood pressure to a range of ~110/65.
Alpha blockers do not create hypertension. In the contrary they will lower it, as they widen the blood vessels. I take alpha blocker for high BP, and it works great. Looks like you need to change your doctor.
Boy have you upped your game -- not only great info, but now entertainment too: 0:20. Could you add one more thing, that being Time Stamps! Keep up the great work!
Im 31 years old and have been diagnosed with an inflammed prostate. The gp said its extremely rare for someone my age to have this and the only medication he was able to treat me with would cause lose of libido and decrease erectile function? Have been put on a category 3 waiting list to be examined but was hopeing lifestyle and complete diet changes would have helped me with regular excercise but still have symptoms 😡
I was having a horrible time with chronic non bacterial prostatitis, LUTS, Pelvic floor muscle tightness and learned about the benefits you discuss re Cialis. I got terrible back pain. I cut the pill in half and still had the back pain. I didn't fill the second script bc it was just too painful.
Doctor reluctance to prescribe Tadalafil is the number one problem to getting relief with this medicine for elderly BPH sufferers. Don't blame it on the victims. I personally had to fight for 6 months with my doctor to get him to investigate it enough to allow me a prescription. Same doc refuses to do Nitric Oxide tests to determine if there is a deficiency. These guys will argue that there is no clinical evidence that low NO levels are a problem. And that they do not want to "experiment" on patients.
When you're old, you have much less to lose! If you don't try something that might help, you lose. We don't have time to waste waiting months for an expensive evaluation. Just try carefully and see if it works. At best, we only have a few years to look forward to. Cialis can provide a path to sexual fulfillment at an age when opportunity is otherwise quite limited.
I take 500 mg of L-Arginine once daily for lowering my blood pressure as it helps create more nitric oxide opening blood vessels. It also gives me better blood flow when weight training, skiing and backpacking at altitudes between 7,00 feet and 11,00 feet. BTW, I'm 81. (yep, eighty one)

Tamsulosin for BPH was a disaster for libido (at 80). Cialis 5mg daily has proven fantastic. 'Ever ready' but sort of settled at twice pw. and 20mg occasionally. for 'wedding anniversary' type events that require concentrated enthusiasm. 'Waking friend' returned. Mental acuity improved. Sport competitiveness improved. Often sleep through without having to get up. Occasional indigestion the only obvious downside. This stuff works, so pre-agreement with wife essential, I advise. Otherwise I'm sure a one-sided view of life could lead to discord.
Thanks Dr. Brewer! Very good summary of the benefits of cialis/tadalafil! I was a little concerned taking 5mg/day with 25mg/metoprolol for palpitations. Never had any issues with low blood pressure, and it seems, for most, the risk is very low. Also, it has helped a lot with LUTS, due to an enlarged prostate. Do you recommend a course of antibiotics when starting low dose cialis to help with potential chronic prostatitis?
How long should you take this for? I mean you mentioned 4 weeks and improvement in symptoms etc but can you take this for months or even years everyday and cause no long term issues?
So I've been taking BPH for a year or so. Recently, I decided to not take it every day, sometimes skipping a few days. Then I started more frequent and difficult urination at night. So I decided to start taking it daily again. I'll report back if symptoms improve.
Why should I talk to "my" doctor(that I don't have)? I do my own research in depth! I've studied medicine and wish to have nothing to do with the medical prescription system. Cialis is not a controlled substance and should be far more available. I have no dependents and though I agree with this video, I'm not going to pay for and beg a "doctor" for a prescription that I already know works for me. I've never had any doctor listen or give me what I want. I've listened to my body for a lifetime and know it intimately. I just need the product, not the advice. In many countries, Cialis is OTC. In America, it's not. I hate to do without, but I'm really tired of having no access to a known beneficial drug. I take full responsibility for my own health!
@@RichardHarlos I probably would, but I've spent a lifetime adapting to the American culture and love this land. I'd just like to see the freedom and self-reliance again that our heritage reflects. In earlier times, prior to 1910, everything was available without question if you were willing to pay for it. Since the Flexner report and the Rockefeller Foundation, medicine has been weaponized and politicized against individual control and experimentation. This has limited those who think out of the box. Many useful drugs are beyond the reach of anyone but an MD or an outlaw. It's just sad.
@@RichardHarlosAre you telling him to abandon his country to the evil government that oppresses 99 percent of patients instead of killing doctors until they are scared to deny full treatment to all patients regardless of wealth?

Results: Our results showed that oral treatment with 400 and 800 mg/kg N. sativa oil led to a significant decrease in PI, PV, DHT concentration, PSA, and serum MDA level, and also significantly increased serum antioxidant capacity.
Although I noticed positive effects each day using it, Tadalafil 5 mg gave me headaches, severe enough that I had to discontinue. Cost wasn't so much the issue, as the L-Citrulline I use everyday goes from 10 to 20 gm a day and is equally expensive.
I took your advice, because I suffer from "Nocturnal-Poly-Urea". Or would it be premature to say I used to suffer this common malady that aflict a lotta men my age (75), or so I am told. I did not discuss this fact with my friends. It is often accompanied by an enlarged prostate and the only remedy that medical science has offered is surgery. I still take supplements, without which it may have become worse. Still, I used to wake up a half dozen times per night and was never able to completely empty the bladder until the 5th or 6th attempt. I am happy to say that I can now use the past tense thanks to Ta..da... lafil that is! In just 2 months, I am down to one trip to the toilet and the rest of the time I am able to sleep soundly. Eating some pomegranate also helped. Both of them lower blood pressure as well, in ways no other BP med could. And, both help with Nitric Oxide production. Thank you Dr. Brewer for a very detailed and thorough presentation. I have forwarded a link to this to my friends, perhaps at some risk to my reputation, eh? 😬
Very informative video. I take Combigan for Glaucoma. Combigan includes a beta blocker. My Urologist prescribed me 5mg of cialais for both ED and BPH. I had to reduce the dose to 2.5mg due to low blood pressure. I can't simply stop taking Combigan. Looks like I will have to get my urologist and eye doctor working together. Low BP is the enemy of Glaucoma as well as being unhealthy generally.
I have AFIB and took Cialis and it led to a complication where I had an episode of PAC's. PAC is Premature Atrial Contraction - a heart arrythmia. They were not painful - they feel like very strong AFIB - but I felt like I was close to fainting multiple times. This is not listed as a possible complication, so I waited a week and took another 5mg Cialis and had another PAC episode. If you have AFIB be very careful about taking Cialis.

Anyone who has experienced Priapism or is prone to it, there is a trick you can use to calm things down...if you have a treadmill, get on the treadmill and walk at a brisk pace...the body will divert the blood flow to the muscles in your legs and the littlest general will relax to its normal state.

How's your hearing?

Please clarify that!!!!!!! Thanks
Same here. Serious allergic reaction to tradition meds. Tadalafil works good for LUTS.

Dr. O
I don't see anything regarding treatment of BPH/LUTS with Calcium Channel Blockers. Can you direct me to any source that discusses this? Thank you.
@jonmaher2531 the gentleman you are commenting back to, didn't say anything about using it for BPH/Luts, the calcium channel blocker and taladifil is for his hypertension.
Hey.. can that dose also help in premature ejaculation?
Thank You so much for sharing! It is a great story I hope you keep improving
Ivermectin, albendazol, doxycycline, metformin, high dose vitamin D until cancer is gone. Give it a year.

@@trickcyclist1 I took it around 5 pm but more recently around 10 am. Its effects last about 40 hrs.
Maybe break the pill in half and take 2.5 mg

It isn't men that ignore men's health issues. Female Dr.'s and their PA's do as well. It takes 3 months to get an appointment (out her in the rural area where I reside)and yet questions or exams regarding such issues are not even asked. The prevalence seems to be focusing on "women's health issues". So your information is helpful. The tadalafil has helped with my BPH. self diagnosed BTW.
I used to get up multiple times a night about 15 years ago. The doctor I had at the time couldn’t help so I googled my symptoms and found out about over active bladder syndrome. Not mentioned here is that Medicare drug plans will pay for Cialis if it is prescribed for the prostrate not for erection problems. The key is how the doctor prescribes the drug!
Yep, mine writes it for BPH

My experience...5mg daily dose had annoying side effects; mainly muscle pain in lower back. But going to 5mg twice a week proved to be beneficial. Far fewer night calls and much easier to get flow started. Efficacy of 5mg Cialis dose seems to be about 3 days. Added bonus, firmer erections.

Im taking 2.5mg daily myself but recently stumbled across an FDA document (albeit from 2007) where it says amongst other things:

(difference in the mean maximal decrease of 1.6/0.8 mm Hg, respectively) and in standing

Cialis (Tamsulosin) + Flomax (Tadalafil) = trouble
Dr.
It also allegedly works wonders for guys on trt ,
Some of the negative side effects from taking trt can be neutralised is the theory
What were your side effects
One of the sides for me is the squirts it's been 2 months and I still have them
This has many benefits for me as a 27 year old man, I have kidney stones and this helps relax the ureter and increases urine flow making it easier for me to pass any stones, and helps completely emoter my bladder so that I don’t have a build up of urine in the bladder (which can also create kidney stones)
Additionally I used to wake up once every night to go pee, since starting Cialis I don’t anymore.
He said "Hypotension" , not "Hypertension".

Excellent information and well presented. Thanks. Question: does 5mg daily still help with ED?
Thanks Dr.

Online sites like "Hims" prescrbe as dispense generic Cialis.
I agree with you for sure if you live near Mexico you can get easy no problems
As usual, very good and important information 👍
_( I take tadalafil for BPH myself )_
very good, your profesional explanation for medical and all subjects,..thanks
This is a great and most educational video, thank you for sharing your lifelong experience with us, I am very great full to be subscribed to you, I have learned so much from you and made great beneficial changes. Thank you 🙏 ❤
Results: Our results showed that oral treatment with 400 and 800 mg/kg N. sativa oil led to a significant decrease in PI, PV, DHT concentration, PSA, and serum MDA level, and also significantly increased serum antioxidant capacity.
what about BPH? does Sativa work for that?
Low dose has not helped me with the frequency unfortunately but It's very inexpensive with my prescription plan. Other benefits were positive though.
Reducing toxins in the blood streams is the most important aspect for male long-term well-being
Although I noticed positive effects each day using it, Tadalafil 5 mg gave me headaches, severe enough that I had to discontinue. Cost wasn't so much the issue, as the L-Citrulline I use everyday goes from 10 to 20 gm a day and is equally expensive.
Sorry to read this, I'm glad citrulline is working for you, is a topic in our short list for next videos
That’s a LOT of citrulline

This was a very informative video I only have one question how do they find out if the mice has ED😮😮😮
Thanks for your scientific info .you are one of the best .
Could Cialis be helpful with preventing prostate cancer or helpful getting treatment to the prostate?
Dr. Brewer cracks me up with his humor 😆👏🏿🙌🏾
Thank you very much. We are trying to bring some fun to challenging topics.
Gave me a laugh this morning!
Does Viagra have these benefits too?
Very informative video, thanks!
Thanks, Dr. Brewer. Can you comment on the reports that daily cialis might also reduce the risk of Alzheimer's?
C'est excellent. Merci Barbara et merci aussi pour les résumés de l'animateur qui sont très utiles!
Superb video, Doc! Will share this with a friend with poorly controlled hypertension.
Works well but difficult to get a prescription from the doctor if you have high blood pressure and the cost is ridiculous in America……
It can also improve performance in weight training. > blood flow and can aid in mildly increasing testosterone levels
Thank you, Dr. Your information is very helpful. I just wanted to know if it is okay to take Cialis 5mg daily with shilajit? Thank you.
Yes I don’t know why Dr Brewer hasn’t even mentioned this possible side effect especially he has his history of AFIb
@@BobToast-o5n OK, but he did say "If you have a heart, liver, or kidney problem, speak to your doc."
@@NickWestgateExactly, and obviously it didn’t have that effect on him. We are all different and have different effects from meds
I had constant a fib and had to have cardioversion many times I finally had ablation that was four years ago. I’ve been on Cialis ever since with no problems, and the a fib has been cured.
I have Afib, take sotalol for managing of Aifb and have had no issues taking 5mg daily of cialis.
I like these less overproduced videos.
Thanks. As you probably have noticed, we’re experimenting a lot to get the most good information out to the most people.
Anyone who has experienced Priapism or is prone to it, there is a trick you can use to calm things down...if you have a treadmill, get on the treadmill and walk at a brisk pace...the body will divert the blood flow to the muscles in your legs and the littlest general will relax to its normal state. It worked for me the only time I ever had that problem
