    I think the vast majority of my beach finds, my good finds are usually within a half hour of getting on the beach and within a half hour or so leaving the beach, very strange! I’m 72, with some significant lower back problems. I’ve done a couple of five and six hour hunts, but when I do, I have trouble walking the next day my back hurts so bad! Usually my hunts are about three hours, and I do well with those. At my age I’m just glad I have this hobby, go cycling, and I can get out and do them 👍🍺

    • @carolrice2063
      @carolrice2063 Рік тому

      My Simplex is a EMI Magnet and I'm using Park 1 and yes it is and Was a good detector but after listening to the Minelab detector's and then going back to using the Simplex +and it's tinnny Tone's and then went to a new permission and could not use the Simplex At All, cause the EMI was ridiculous and the guy that was with me Had a Garrett Ace 400 and he did a frequency shift to his detector and was fine with his, but I couldn't use mine NO MATTER WHAT I DID and so I followed him and helped him with finding the target's , so if was you, I would be looking at a new Detector named X-Terra Pro from Minelab, like I am NOW..... AND I have a video on my UA-cam channel of my shovel and a Magnet and I found a good reason to have a Magnet on the shovel and hand diggers also and it will save you ALOT of Time from thinking that signal is a good target and then you will see that It wasn't and no iron grunts, just a high tone and I Had already put the Simplex down and used the Pinpointer and the Shovel and found the Target Quick and Was off to another target but I quit Quit filming anymore and only uploaded that one.......

    You still have real gold with any gold filled or plated object.
    The primary difference between gold-filled vs. gold-plated stems from the manufacturing process itself. Gold-plated jewelry contains a thin layer of gold over an alloy metal, usually brass. Gold-filled jewelry has more gold overall with an alloy center, but it’s not solid gold.
