It would have been awesome if you showed the bread after bake for the visual affect.
Why didn't u show the bread ??
EXACTLY!! major disappointment 😞
Hint - use your kitchen scales. Remove the bowl and place the bread maker pan on it. Press 'On' and the scale zeros. 1ml of water weighs 1 gram so add water to the required amount. Press 'Tare' and the scale will zero again. Add the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe, pressing 'Tare' between each. This saves using measuring spoons and is most convenient for measuring honey or other icky-sticky goo with no waste. Eggs well beaten can, to a degree, act as a leavening agent as well, so if you give the eggs a good spanking, your loaf might be lighter. Col, NZ
I want to see the bread
Thank you so much- this recipe worked great. I had a couple failed attempts at first. For some reason, my bread maker does 3 kneading cycles and 3 rises on gluten Free. Bob’s Red Mill recommends only one. So I used the dough cycle then the bake cycle and it came out great!
I think I failed the first time making the bread myself. I'm so glad you were able to figure it out with your bread machine. They are all different!
Thank you for sharing this! I will definitely be using this one knead/one rise cycle myself!
It might be because the Cup-for-Cup flour already has xanthan gum in it, providing a better bread texture. Thanks for the video. Will definitely try this!
I made this GF bread on Monday of this week and this is the best gluten free bread I have ever eaten. So glad I found your video. Thank you for sharing!❤
Yes!! I'm so glad you found the video! I love taking one day per week, and mass producing 3 loaves. It's well worth it!!
Add to bread machine in order...
1 1/4c water
1/4c oil or melted butter
3 eggs
2tsp salt
4tbsp sugar or honey
3 1/4c Cup for Cup flour
Make a well in the flour and add yeast...
2tsp active dry yeast
you forgot 1 1/4 c. water first.
Thanks! Any idea what size loaf this recipe is for? 1 1/2 lb? 2 lb?
@@donnag.3611 fixed 😊
@@JohnBGood-kq3ul. 1 1/2 lb loaf
@@JohnBGood-kq3ul. 1 1/2 lb. Loaf.
Well the results are in. It was Amazing!! My kids couldn't tell it was GF. It was light fluffy& moist. Kudos!! Thank you😊
Yeah!! It does come out like a brick...I think all bread machine loaves of bread look like that. I am so glad your family loved it! My picky daughter loves it too...she's always my test!
Is there a written recipe?
I too would have loved to see the baked bread.
Thank you! This recipe works great. Only tweaks were I used beer/whey in place of water, and I didn't use gf setting. Quick bread setting on my wolgang puck bread machine works better. Subscribed. 😊
Just wonderful and so easy…thank you!
I made this recipe and it turned out AMAZING!! SO soft like real fresh bread! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.
My pleasure 😊
I'm so glad you loved it! The simplicity of the recipe is the best, and my family loves it. We usually devour one loaf in a day!
Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe! I’ve been looking for a gluten-free bread recipe and bingo I found you! It came out of the machine just like a regular loaf of bread. And tasted just great!
Love that you love it!! And it's sooo easy to make!!
Hello do you still have your website? I cannot locate it. Could you possibly provide me the link? Or could you post this recipe for us? My son is newly diagnosed with celiac disease so I am trying to find recipes to make. Thanks a bunch!
Look into cassava, coconut, nut, banana and pumpkin flours
Would be good to see the end result
I tried a few GF bread mixes and I didn’t like the taste. Too eggy. I followed your recipe today and have to say it tastes great! Thanks so much. I’ll be making it this way from now on.
I’m so glad you liked it! I agree finding a yummy tasting gf bread is very difficult!!
Unfortunately, the website is no longer functional. I will just write the recipe down from the video. It would be nice to have it in the description above. Nonetheless, thank you for making the video. We have been on a quest to find a good gf recipe for the bread machine.
Thank you for sharing the recipe , it turned out perfect after my numerous failed attempts .. your recipe worked like a charm!!
I love this recipe so much and I’ve noticed it at the beginning of mixing ice group decides a little bit then there aren’t chunks of flour.. and I pull out the paddle when it’s done mixing so I don’t have a giant hole in my bread!
I was wondering if by chance, if you know this works without a bread maker? I have a lot of friends and family that love the spread whenever they try it, but they don’t have a bread maker. So I don’t know how long they would need to knees it for, let it rest or what temperature to bake it at. Does anyone know?
I love avocado oil. It has such a clean taste.
Thank you so much it is a great recipe and I will now be able to actually USE the breadmaker we bought - love your presentation too ..................
Think I'll try it. I already gave the gf bread maker. Small gf loaves are like $6 by me. Probably cheaper to make it like this.
would like to have seen the bread when it was finished
Thank you for sharing this recipe. It turned out amazing.
Yeah! I'm so excited! We just love this bread, especially when it's still warm!!
AWESOME video!

I use a zojirushi bread machine because it has the two paddles, and the bread comes out more of the size of what you see in the grocery store. It was a very expensive machine, but it does not have the gluten free cycle. I am in the middle of trying your recipe using the "quick bread" cycle, and it looks like it is doing well. My machine is programmable. In your bread machine's user guide, does it show how much time is in each cycle of your gluten free course? If you could give me those, I could program my machine. I am retired and cannot afford to buy another $300 bread machine. Thanks so much!
Were you able to make a decent loaf?
My machine has a quick bread setting for one mix and one rise then bakes. Keto and gluten free flours are low to no gluten so it cannot mix the same as regular flours. Gluten free setting also works.
Love to see more recipe gluten-free baking thank you bless you all
Please what kind of flour ?
I am saving your recipe, thank you 🙏
Can't believe how sweet this bread must be!! Wow! It's like cake 🎂😳
I could never eat bread that's sweet. Sorry I am just a bit shocked. Can this recipe work with one teaspoon of sugar or no sugar at all? As I like my bread savory .. 😋
Lol, I'm the same, this version is wayyyy too sweet for my liking, but I definitely will try this without all that sweetness...
Thank you so much for this video. I usually scan the text to see what the ingredients are (i.e. the recipe). That's a quick way to see if I want to try this video. Couldn't find the quick text. Any chance you could do that in the future? Thanks
What type of gluten free flour are you using ???
Buckwheat..Almond... Coconut
A mixture of gluten free flours??
Namaste flour??
I buy the kind Arthur measure for measure flour from Costco. It says it isn't for yeast breads. Do you think it will still work?
is there a written recipe for this bread?
It would have been nice if u mentioned u made, co😮mbined own Gf flour.
Store bought 1:1 gf flour (bob mills pricey for small pouch)
1.25 cup water
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
4 tbsp sugar or 5-6 tbsp honey (or 3 tbsp les sweet)
3 1/4 cup GF bag
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp yeast
Thanks so much for sharing this !! seems so easy and simple unlike so many other complicated recipes online! Just wondering what pound loaf button do you select on the machine? My machine has a 1 1/2 and 2 pound option.
Hi!! So my machine does not ask to choose a pound option. I just choose the gluten free option and I'm assuming it automatically adjusts. However, based on the finished loaf, I would say the 1.5 pound would be just fine. Sorry I couldn't be of more help...let me know how it turns out.
May I ask what brand of bread machine do you have? Thanks so much.
What brand bread machine do you have? I tried this recipe today and when rising the dough spilled over into the chamber & was burning. My machine is the Hamilton Beach 29885, make a 1.5 to 2lb loaf
I'd like a link to your website with the ebook and recipes....
Thank you very much, do you have another web page the one you have here it's not working correctlyIt mentions it's not a domain. And this recipe looks very good and I would like to learn more about your other recipesThank you...
Very good video. I am excited to try it. I did join your webpage mail list but am unable to locate other bread recipes. I am also looking forward to trying the cleaning recipes. I am taking care of my mother and would like to make changes to a more natural, less toxic way of life in hopes of prolonging hers.
Could you please share the brand of the gluten-free flour and also your website?
It is the Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour 1 to 1 and my website is www.xosimplynatural.com
Google says your website has expired?
Hi! Is your website still up? I can’t find it. I love your tips and can’t wait to try this gf bread recipe for my daughter with celiac!
Hi!! I have a changed domains...my new site is www.xosimplynatural.com. Please check it out out!
@@Renewedvitality23link is broken
@@Renewedvitality23 it leads to pets with Halloween costumes. Not sure if you have a misspell there?
Hi, maybe this is a strange ? but would it be possible to use sourdough starter in place of yeast, as I can't have yeast in GF foods?
Thank you, I'm going to try it today :-)
Afraid to shop during the plandemic. On to the next video after 10 secs.
Seriously, Thank you for the recipe? What kind of bread brand do you use? 2nd do you think it may not work if an older bread machine that doesn’t have the gluten free button?
So what time do I put the bread machine on? I don't have a gluten free option yet. I did it 1ce and the bread wasn't done. I did it at 3 hours on 1p did it again at 4 hours on 1p it was done but drill not that good. What do u recommend me to put this on. Oh I didn't use cup4cup. But picked it up last night to try so what do we recommend
Hi! Can you please tell me the brand / company name and style number of your bread machine.
I LOVE this. It’s simple and it tastes great. I did this in my old bread maker (oster) and now I’ve tried twice in my new one (a fancy saki) and had to throw it away both times. Why is this? They’re both gluten free settings but the oster made it phenomenally. Can anyone help me? I’m sorry to ask here but I don’t know where to ask, I’m so fed up I’m thinking of returning it and buying another oster.
Not sure!! I’m sorry that your new machine didn’t produce great bed. I’m wondering if you try it on a regular bread cycle, if that could work???
Has anyone made this without eggs?
I haven’t but you could always try using the Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer. I make a lot of baked goods without eggs and I use that as my replacement. Let me know how it turns out if you do!
Wix states that your domain is not connected.
I have a new website domain....please check me out at www.xosimplynatural.com
where do get gluten free flour? all I can find is flour made with almonds or rice
Mine comes out like a brick, & I use the cup to cup flour as well. I'm thinking it's the eggs. Sooo...here's to trying your recipe
Hi, I can’t find your website.
What brand Of “flour”? There are so many 1 to 1 GF Flours now a days
Hello, thank you for the recipe. I wanted to verify if this was for a 1.5 lbs loaf or 2 lbs?
I believe it’s 1.5 lbs.
What kind of flour..? producer
Do you use warm water?
Is this dough a sticky mix or does it come out like regular bread dough? So far all I have had was recipes that come out looking like corn bread mix before the bake cycle
This bread comes out perfect. I’ve never had it be sticky before. I hope you try it!
You can't make it for cheaper or much cheaper than store bought bread taking all your costs into consideration. The same applies with home made cleaning materials.
Your website is not there. So no way to get recipe
I wrote it down from the instructions she gives. Just pause the video.
Is the water a certain temperature before you add it? Are the eggs room temp?
No the water is not at room temperature and the eggs can be straight from the fridge.
If you use sugar instead of honey, does there need to be an adjustment to the amount of flour? Or if you increase or decrease the honey?
I have never adjusted the flour amount when increasing or decreasing the honey. I hope that helps. Good luck!
Add in this order
1.25 cups water
1/4 cup avacado oil
3 eggs
2 tsp pink hem salt
4 tbsp honey or sugar
3.25 cups flour (cup for cup gf)
2 tsp active dry yeast
Run on GF option on bread machine. About 2 1/2 hours later it is ready to go
Hi! Do you have a gluten free sourdough recipe for a bread machine?
Not yet!!! But let me see what I can come up with. My family loves a good sourdough!

Click the link and it will take you to their website but you can buy it pretty much anywhere. www.bobsredmill.com/shop/flours-and-meals/gluten-free-1-to-1-baking-flour.html
Great video until you didn’t show the proof it works!!!
Is there a whole grain gluten free bread mix?
Are you wanting a bread mix to make in a bread machine or a bread mix that you can make from scratch and bake in the oven?
How is that dairy-free if you put eggs in it?
dairy comes from cows not chickens!
bread machine brand name?
VivReal…you can purchase on Amazon.
Where's the recipe
No need for sugar I never putsugar with any thing
You need a sweetener for the yeast to make the bread rise.
What bread maker do you have??
I have a SYBO. I looked on Amazon and its $56. Mine is a few years old. This one looks to be a little larger at 2.2 lbs. I hope this helps!
Awesome! Thanks so much!
Why do you and other chefs claim that eggs are not dairy. It is!
Eggs are a protein that comes from chickens. How can that be dairy?
Where is your website?
I have a new website.....www.xosimplynatural.com....I hope you check it out!
She says the filler word :” Um” “um” “ and um” 100 x
Ohhh, what a pity.. duchess a good trade honey to be heated.. it'll loose all of its enzymes and good stuff.. ,😥
🙂
Lots of talking, end result not showing the bread is a disappointment
I think this was a fail thats why you have not showed us the baked bread🤔
i just baked it today and. it was honestly perfect. My daughter is gluten free and i even used the flour she cant stand just to get it out my cupboard and my family of 4 all tried it and it was delicious. Soft inside, nice and brown outside, smelt delicious, and tasted great. definately a keeper recipe. i used sugar instead of honey.
Dear goodness .. no before and after 😡
So disappointing that you don’t show the bread, not very satisfying for your viewers that’s for sure

Too much talking.. 😮
The most annoying vidio I never watched 😡Too much words without the most awaited part 😭😭

Where is the bread?.useless cooking show
To much unnecessary information would have been a better video if you just kept it basic. I got bored, and stopped watching.
