Neisha just said yesterday in a private live, that she cycles in an out of Carnivore for specific reasons but that she is NOT a Carnivore. Within the PHD spectrum, she is Ketovore or animal based. 😉👍
Glad Neisha didn’t take the Celexa, terrible stuff, didn’t work & I thought I was going to have a heart attack as I couldn’t seem to get energy in my leg muscles when I was cycling, weird visual disturbances too. And why prescribe an antidepressant when the patient isn’t depressed! They did that with me too on another occasion, somehow it was supposed to treat muscle spasms! Umm ok!
Happiest day of my 13 month carnivore journey was just 3weeks ago, it wasnt the amazing body sculpting effects, it wasn't the migrain, arteritis, gum disease, iron and B12 deficiency or any thing else that has disappeared. I was sitting on the sofa at 8 o'clock at night and my 21 yearold, depressed, marddy, sulking slightly over weight son walked in the living room and asked "okay how does this diet of yours work?" I sent him off to watch you tube (because they never take information from their mum as truth) he had already started pinching my steaks(2 at a time)😁 Thank you guys for being somewhere I could send my son, along with Dr Berry, Kent Carnivore and everyone else on here. I have lived with the fear of suicide in my life for 5 years and over night it has gone, my son is back and is the chatty, outgoing, fun lad he was before puberty and carbs stole him from me. 🥰🥰🥰 ❤️🥩❤️🥓❤️🥩❤️
Same here but this was before carnivore. Got him off all junk food and tried keto-ish. Just the smile and the shine in my son's eyes was enough to convince me. And the miracle of conversation.
Wow that's wonderful - I hope my husband (who is currently depressed and anxious) will say the same and join me in my newly started Carnivore lifestyle - i love it already :) thanks for sharing
I'm 72yo, diagnosed with choroid melanoma 4 yrs ago. Lesion zapped with laser, but doc warned me that metastasis was still a possibility resulting in death within 4 months. When I learned of carnivore and the effect of ketones on cancer cells, I jumped in full force, strict carnivore. I've been carnivore for 42 days and have experienced weight loss (I needed it), increased energy, better memory and all-around good health. When Neisha spoke of having a good reason to stay on carnivore, it struck a chord with me.
@shelley4417 no, it does not. A high fat ratio is needed to achieve ketosis and prevent gluconeogenesis from protein. Some people need a surprisingly high ratio of fat to achieve it. Grass-fed butter & pork fat does it for me 👍
Stick with the carnivore You are doing Great. Working towards a quality Relationship with light is Essential. Avoiding artificial light and getting your circadian rhythm in check.
I went through a similar experience! After asking bigger questions of my doctor and eventually crying, he added an antidepressant. Skip forward 3mths- I lost the 20lbs, sleeping well, off BP meds and all because I found carnivore!! Now looking for a new doctor
I started carnivore when my wife was out of town and it was easy. Now that she is home it's a nightmare all of the crap is back in the house it makes it hard. I'm doing ok staying away from all the crap!
Doing it solo here too. Hubs isn't interested........ yet 😉. It is HARD with all the junk he brings in. But I'm hopeful that my husband will join in as he sees my progress and health improvements. 😊
I’m doing Ketovore alone. But since I’m the one that does the cooking I just try to cook meals with meat, carb, veg. I just eat the meat and my husband gets the other items.
BE the example. Maybe she'll come around, maybe she won't. Remember it is YOUR journey, and you don't want to be stuck in her health journey, if she doesn't come around. In the end, you are awesome for choosing a healthier you. You rock!
I love her thoughts on what she eats. People are too dogmatic and cultish. My friends think I’m in a food cult. I’m not trying to convert anyone and I don’t really care that much what anyone else is eating. I don’t speak about it unless asked. I’ve eaten carnivore almost a year and love it. I still eat pistachios. I eat seasonings. Some onions from time to time. Pickles. Small amount of cheese. Coffee. My diet is my diet and perfect for me. I just do best on this diet I created for myself. I’ve slowly increased my fat and my body has adjusted and I feel better. I’m off all medication and hormone replacement and lost over 30 pounds.
Same! Love her outlook. I bought a bag of fresh organic oranges on the roadside yesterday because it sounded good. And it was fine! But otherwise have been eating mostly animal products. Occasionally a salad or green beans or mushrooms sound good. Other times not.
@@ThePrimal.Podcast I’ve seen your before pictures and honestly you look better at a heavier weight then you do thin but oh you guys get on a vegans case for being the same body type make it make sense
I was diagnosed with low thyroid and hashimotos in my 40s. I insisted on natural thyroid and it took 2yrs to find my dosage. Its okay. Like Neisha, I just wasn't myself and stress wasn't a good enough excuse. The brain fog was the worst. I just decided one day to try carnivore. It was easier than I thought and in 2-3 DAYS, I already felt AMAZING! A week later, I was tackling projects that had been dragging on for years. I finally started feeling like my body and my mind were MINE again. I'm only 30 days in, but I'm terrified of going back to that disconnected and depressed existence! This diet is simple and satisfying. So easy!
I have hashimotos too. My hair has thinned out so much. How are you now? I am not on thyroid meds but I was in the past and they didnt help. I do take some iodine daily
OMG YAY!!! I love Neisha and her husband SO much and watch all of their videos. LOVE seeing her out here doing interviews like this. Usually it's Dr. Berry doing the interviews but I think Neisha brings a unique female perspective to this subject. She is such an inspiration.
OMG! What was said about her reaction to greens is EXACTLY what happened to me when I tried to have a salad that had broccoli and red cabbage in it. I used Primal Kitchen dressing so I know it wasn’t that. It had to be the cruciferous vegetables. I got so bloated and had such massive gas pressure in my pelvic area. I had muscle and joint aches and pain and hot and cold like the flu. Needless to say I’m NEVER having cruciferous vegetables again.
I went to ER thanks to broccoli. It was a week ago. Since then I found Dr. Berry and have been listening to a ton of carnivore videos. Im scared of cruciferous vegetables now. I had the most horrendous abdominals pain. Was bent over for two days. I thought my appendix ruptured.
Same for me on the red, yellow, green types of foods. It’s a relief to know what bothers my body now. It’s like at grannie age, my inside is back to being a child who knows what makes her feel best. ❤ Also, Neisha’s thoughts on eating what works for you. I’d love to convert my husband to match me, but he’s his own man and, he does eat heavily meat based, so really, it’s ok. If that makes sense?
I don’t understand why economics are so often discussed? For me carnivore comes with a lower grocery bill. My refrigerator is almost empty. The cost of all the condiments and additives used to make junk food palatable is more than the cost of a PHD.
The health is surely worth. But costs are obviously a detail of high interest. Because the general perception, mine also, was that it would be ridiculously expensive. On a personal level, prime meat cuts are not on my first choice precisely for cost reasons. Picanha all day long would be nice but... Oh! Well. ;-) Although it's worth mention that with some care. It's perfectly possible to do a rather decent carnivore diet without breaking the bank.
Carlo, my experience is prime cuts are cheaper than a bad diet. I never eat three meals a day, mostly OMAD as I’m just not hungry. So if I eat a $10 ribeye that’s a day. I don’t believe anyone on a bad diet can squeak by on $10, maybe rice & beans. I threw out everything in my refrigerator. It now has today’s meal defrosted, tomorrow’s meal defrosting, ghee and free range duck eggs. Yes ribeye is expensive but I don’t think people take all of the items required to make a bad diet into account.
TOtally agree I use to be vegan and all those organic vegies and fruits are SOOO EXPENSIVE plus all those supplements etc... now Iam on grassfed meat and its still cheaper ! and sooo much easier !
My favorite UA-cam channels on carnivore are Dr Ken berry, Dr Chaffee, then its a toss up between Healing for humanity with Kerry and your channel 5 Minute Body, Everytime I watch one of your videos I am very impressed. keep it up girl.
She does an amazing job with interviews 🙌🏼. I listen to them also along with Dr. Ovadia, Kiltz, O’Mara, Cywes and Westman. Jenny Mitcsh (don’t think it’s the right spelling) just did a great video of bloodwork that was amazing 🙌🏼.
Carnivore truly is magical. I didn’t want to do it when I started, but I was desperately ill and had tried every other type of diet. Carnivore healed me and changed my life. I’m almost 60 and feel like 20. I never thought I could feel this good and thanking God every day!
This is by far my favorite interview that you have done! Neisha is so wise and caring. I have gained so much from her wisdom in this interview. She is also so beautiful and the picture of health.
Years and I’m talking many years of not being able to sleep at night….what a difference! I’ve only been eating carnivore now a little over a month and each night I sleep longer as my body is getting healthier. I cannot see me ever eating any other way! True follower of Dr Berry! I’m almost 67.
This is the best rabbit hole I've ever been down! You ladies rocked this interview. I watch you both regularly! The first books I ever read on keto were "Anyway You Can" by Dr. Annette Bosworth and "Lies My Doctor Told Me" by Dr. Ken Berry. I am on the best journey of my life and feel fabulous at 66! Thank you Rena and Neisha! My why? I don't want to deal with cancer again. Breast cancer brought me to these doctors and influences. My creator made a miraculous body and it's simple to maintain! Rock on ladies!
Dr Berry is very lucky to have her as a life mate. I love listening to their Monday night live show, I learned so much. I started Carnivore on Christmas Day and have lost 40+ lbs and fill so much better. God bless.
Now carnivore for a few weeks but keto for over a year. Had an eye injury 2002 and had glaucoma in that eye for over 20 years. A few months ago it was noticed that I didn’t need the meds anymore. Eye pressure normal now. I’m 67
Just last week I went to do my annual eye check. As I had noticed a few weeks prior my vision was getting better. Meanwhile all tests went amazing. And my Dr. said in a very casual way and I quote:"Curious, the cataracts spot seem smaller..." she didn't realize the dept of such sentence. 🙂 Eye pressure, vision tests, etc. all went marvelous! In conclusion my annual eye check, by her own suggestion. Now turned into 1.5 year check interval. I rest my case. Newbie carnivore. ;-)
I do want to lose weight. But I want to heal and live even more. For over 20 years I have been sick in so many ways. I did not see a light at the end of the tunnel. Now thanks to you and the Berrys and other carnivore advocates I have hope. But I am having trouble getting fully started. Some days I can’t seem to make the most simple decisions. But I have hope.
i enjoyed this so much. i’m struggling with extremely painful RA after a total hysterectomy and having covid several times. i had tons of strange symptoms like neisha’s. i had to close my salon that i had for 15 years. i get what she said about the old me versus me now. i’m hoping to get that old me back!! working very hard to detox on carnivore now!
I adore Neisha and I love how kind and sensitive she is. How passionate she is for advocating for yourself for your health is truly admirable. What a wonderful role model. I have followed her and her husband for years.
I started carnivore because I couldn't tie my shoes without gasping for air. Now I can, so it's been life quality for me just to lose belly fat. Surprisingly, 30 to 40 other issues have improved too, so no more carbs for me. Cheers!
This is the best interview with Neisha that I've seen. She is so practical and down to earth. Thank Nurse Neisha and Dr Ken Berry for your valuable continuing advice! ❤ Margaret Breuer in New Zealand ☺️
My doctor thought the same thing about me when I was undiagnosed with Addison's Disease. Others with that condition also go through that. It took me doing my own research to talk my doctor into doing the blood work. I felt vindicated when I finally knew what was wrong with me. So many people telling me I was depressed, etc., based on things happening in my life at that time. You are right, you have to be your own advocate. Thank you, Neisha Berry, for teaching me more about Hashimoto's Disease. I hate having that too.
I went through all of that for years. Even after taking levothyroxine for decades I was still struggling. I had no idea that my diet was destroying my body. Also being a single mom to special needs twin boys was also overwhelming.
This is my second go round with Carnivore and I can attest to how important eating enough fat and eliminating dairy contributes to a successful transition. The first time I tried it, I did feel awful! Low energy, heart palpitations etc. This time, my reason for starting was not to lose weight (although I will not be mad to lose a few pounds!) but to heal an ongoing issue with abdominal pain, low gallbladder function and low thyroid function. I’m almost 47 and definitely in perimenopause. It’s been so much easier this time and I feel good eating 1g protein/pound of ideal body weight and almost 180g of fat. Also using LMNT and iodine and magnesium daily. The GoCarnivore app has been so helpful!! Feeling better everyday and will continue for at least 90 days.
Love both of you!!! Neisha’s advice to take one step at a time, if that works for you, is how I did it. My husband decided a year ago to go Carnivore and went all in. I literally had to wrap my head around the idea. I have lost 20 lbs and with my busy schedule I’m eating OMAD. I’m now at 135 lbs and I’m 5’7”. I had recent lab work done and labs look great!!!
I have been diagnosed with graves disease. I dont hear mich about Graves with carnivore results so this is great to hear. Were/are you taking and medications? I don't take anything and am trying carnivore instead. How long before you felt a difference?
Such a great interview! I’ve been with the Berry’s for 5 years now. They taught me how to save my life. And a rest is what I need right now. I so needed to see this. Thank you.😊
Oh my gosh when she talks about staying up late to get more “me” time - that is exactly what I have been doing. I know it’s not the best choice. And I don’t even have little kids. But late night is quiet, then sleeping in allows me to avoid everyone else’s morning chaos. Amazing to hear Neisha talk about that.
Niesha , Your very inspiring and Divorce is just traumatic on every part of you and I’m happy Dr Berry fell in love with you! You are both very loving and caring of others! Thank you for mentioning panic attacks! Your children are just beautiful adorable your blessed! You are so smart and so informative like your husband! Wow two alike and it shows how he loves you! I like the ways you describe how we can feel feel better! This is the first video I watched with you! So true We have to be our own doctors and advocate for our selves! Doctors don’t know or care. Thank god for Dr Berry and your self and others that we have access to stop suffering!! I’m glad you are no lthrough so much! Your so intelligent and helpful Thank You!
Talking about doing carnivore and not feeling good -- my muscle pain got better almost immediately, but I had trouble with nausea, until I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery. After that came out, I felt a lot better. (I'd been having trouble with my gall bladder for several years, apparently, just didn't realize what it was.)
Yet another wonderful interview Rina, combined with excellent answers, that confirms what I've been telling people as I get questions in conversations I've had talking about the Proper Human Diet. Rina, there are interviewers that begin by telling everyone all THEY know instead of hearing from the guest. You, on the other hand listen sooo well and ask really good questions based on what you've heard. I asked my husband, when I was a Host on QVC and wanted to be a better interviewer, how to do that. He said in order to be interesting, you need to be interested. You're the poster child for that concept. Great job... and like I said, GREAT ANSWERS, Neisha!
Great interview with Neisha!💓 Love listening to her and you! I love hearing women talking about carnivore/Keto!! I do carnivore mostly but eating out ketovore! Makes life so much easier for me!
Everything your saying is so true and eating fatty beef can cure constipation it’s doing it with me! I can believe how amazing I feel since I started earring keto a trying carnivore!
When a family had hunted for meat, it wasn't a 4 pack of rib eye. Or 3pnds of chicken breasts. it was a chicken, One day the meat was fatty, one day the meat was lean. A boiled stew with some of the meat. Fermented foods. Even fermented rye and sourdough breads with the soups. Maybe some fruit and nuts on a long walk etc. Maybe there is so many gut problems because we make our Digestive system try to digest the full spectrum of foods everyday. I wonder if we should separate the types of foods each day. Meat only one day. Stew another, less fatty a particular day. Etc 44:31
Thanks to Dr. Berry, I've been carnivore for over two years with fantastic results. My daughter started it four days ago. I'll be sending her this video!
Cutting carbs was easy for me..wheat (breads) even easier. I look back at pictures of my face (before and after keto)..wow..a huge change. I took baby steps..mid 2021..a wonderful journey..Yes, there are days where I am stressed, and I slip up. I’m human..but, I get back in the wagon and move forward. I’m 61, and many think I’m 40’ish.
Loved this interview ❤. What a beautiful person Neisha is and so glad she shared her experiences with honesty because I was encouraged in a few areas of my journey. Thanks!
One of the most-informative interviews Ive yet to watch for those who are wanting to follow or are following carnivore/ketovore way of health. SO many insider tips for day-to-day life with its struggles. Thanks, Neisha and Rina!!🙌🙌
Tku for this. I fell of the wagon and am back on carnivore as of now. My recall has been getting better but I only realized just now how much it had improved. I have been off for a few days (after over a month on carnivore) and this video has made me review my memory. It has improved out of sight. So back on I go.
Thank you for sharing your truth! I love avocados, onions, garlic basil and olives… I am going to go the slow route to carnivore way of life ❤ cuz I love me enough to self advocate! I love flavor, I’m creative. We are all different! Bless you for your candor and the truth about the comments 💔😞😡
Yep! 100% on that. When talking carnivore, I use one word. MIRACLE! I can totally and absolutely relate with her testimony. Brest implants aside. LOL 🙂She seem to be talking about me a 55 years old guy. I also hit rock bottom. I was literally dying, full of pains, the brain went somewhere else (without me), etc. To the point I put my "papers" in order. And talked with my daughter to explain a few things, for after I was gone! It was that serious. OMAD and Keto definitely saved me. Thank you Dr. Fung, Berg, Ekberg, etc. Useless to say my regular MD, that follow me for years. Was as useful as a paper weight on a computer. He was as lost as me. And I really mean clueless! Until today not even one word of orientation, incentive, etc. Anything other than threat me with more pills and injections! Meanwhile I'm a newbie carnivore. I honestly can't explain on a YT comment how amazing it is. I reiterate a MIRACLE! 🙂
This hits home. I’ve lost half my hair, have chronic fatigue, headaches, brain fog, tendinitis, and frequent hives, despite being on thyroid, and liothyronine. I’ve been on keto/low carb for a year, but still have symptoms. Perhaps it’s too much dairy - dunno. I’ve always had trouble eating meat - it’s a textural thing - the minute I hit gristle, I’m done. But I will try straight carnivore for 90 days and see if it helps. I feel really desperate at this point. Thanks.
I went from eating sugar one day to carnivore the next day and now I'm 21 days in, 12 pounds down and down 15.5 overall body inches, I don't think I've ever felt so good ❤
Great to meet Neisha and hear her story. I've watched Dr. Ken Berry for years and love him and all his good information. This was a great interview. God bless you both and all the work you are doing for humanity.
I'm so glad I have found so many good resources. I'm a convert. I have gone from anti keto, to anti carnivore to now working towards this life style. But the research is getting so much better and so many more professionals are getting on board. Keep up this great stuff!! I love Neisha and Dr Berry as well. Go tribe.
I'm not crossing our beloved Dr. Ken Berry here, and I'm saying this with all the respect in the world. Neisha is probably the most beautiful woman in the world inside and out in every way, even her voice and character! She can talk about carrots or mosquitoes for 18 hours straight and I'd be all ears 😂 But now I'm enjoying listening to her journey so much and will share this video with my friends and employees. I'm only 14 minutes in.. Oh guess what, I'm listening to this while cooking my bacon on the stove the "Neisha & Ken way"! :) What a coincidence!
Great interview.... I love the berry's... I have fallen back on the standard diet for the last 5 months, 10kg gain, and mentally struggling to get back on ... life is hard, but trying daily
Might be the best capture of reason, and lack of the dogmatic and fanatical self labeling to a protocol, that dosen't imprison a person to sticking to something that isn't quite right , but Gives reason to go and seek a little further and find what is right!!!
Awesome interview! Love how Neisha reiterates that your whole health journey is individual. You have to do the work to know yourself inside and out, and only then will you know what your body truly needs and what it doesn't! She is a great example. God Bless!
Neisha …what a great interview! If I wasn’t already carnivore, you’d have convinced me to definitely give this WOE a chance! And to give myself the grace of trying clean keto first if carnivore felt like too much to start with! Thanks for sharing all your experiences! 🥰 Rina thanks for having Neisha on your channel!
Neisha, thank you so much for talking about the carnivore label issue!!!! You and Doctor Barry are definitely people to follow in this field and to learn from. Cannot thank you both enough for being voices of reason, information, and enlightenment!!!! Best of luck to both of you in all that you do, and thank you both so much for showing this video!!!!
Neisha (& Laura Spath) are really my go-to women to help me know what to eat. I SO appreciate Neisha cuz she showed me salsa and guac are still ok. I’m ketovore and it’s ok to not be strict carni. Thanks Neisha!
As a retired nurse practitioner I can second Neisha’s observation that MOST health care workers are NOT healthy and have horrible health habits. After observing an autopsy during nursing school where the pathologist stated “if he hadn’t smoked, he’d be alive” several students smoked their cigarettes IMMEDIATELY after as if nothing had been said…
My thyroid was removed completely. And with sluggish bowel movement or slow peristalsis and gut problems (polyps). Started carnivor, but after 8 days had to take fiberblend. Was totally blocked. And fat intake was in good ratio with prot. How do you know if the problem lies with the liver, gallbladder? Desperate for more information.
Amen, Sister! “Even if the labs say your fine, keep digging. Keep researching. “ I was not feeling well after getting C. I felt faint, panicked, weak, my blood pressure was high and it’s usually on the low side, geez, what else? A lot more. I asked my naturopathic physician to run labs. She was hesitant, yet agreed. She wanted to run brain labs to see if I had anxiety or panic issues. I knew that I didn’t. I agreed anyway bc I wanted my labs run. My brain labs showed normal functioning. My other labs showed all kinds of markers indicating autoimmunity. What comes next was a blessing. I fired her. I went to a different naturopath and told him my symptoms. He knew exactly what was wrong without seeing my labs. Then I showed him the labs. It was all right there in black and white. So, yes! Keep on digging! Be your own advocate! I knew something was wrong and not all in my head. If you feel off, trust your gut! Keep searching, friends. God bless all of you.🙏🏻
Great interview! I too have Hashimoto’s and eat low carb most of the time, but it’s not cutting it. I may have to go lower and even carnivore to see results.
Well done Neisha, I have following Dr. Ken since 2022 and listening to so many different utube doctors...but always going back to Dr. Ken. I just found out that a family friend was recently diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris and doctor is stating for her to receive chemo infusions...I will be sharing this episode with her and a few others from Dr. Ken's. Thanks Neisha for your honesty...it was a very insightful talk!✔
Great testimony. I too have autoimmune issues that have significantly reduced to almost nothing on first keto for 5 years and now carnivore. I’m at a weight that I was 10 years ago. I love this way of life ❤
Neisha, thank you 🙏 Your talk with Rena brought me back down to earth today. I need to remember my Vit P daily! 😂 Appreciate your views and realistic advice 🤜🤛

Does being carnivore automatically mean that the body goes into Ketosis ?
@@shelley4417 eating too much protein can prevent ketosis.

Thanks for watching!
@@ThePrimal.Podcast I’ve seen your before pictures and honestly you look better at a heavier weight then you do thin but oh you guys get on a vegans case for being the same body type make it make sense
Thank you, this helps me so much! ❤
I have Hashimoto's as well. How are u guys treating it? I have ben told to take it easy on the iodine and crank up thd fat for hormonal balance.
@@ViajandohaciaAdentro I'm taking 2g Armour thyroid and 6 drops reg strength lugols. I'm on ketovore diet.
OMG YAY!!! I love Neisha and her husband SO much and watch all of their videos. LOVE seeing her out here doing interviews like this. Usually it's Dr. Berry doing the interviews but I think Neisha brings a unique female perspective to this subject. She is such an inspiration.
Agreed 👍
I wish that my way of eating was cheaper like it seems to be when people are based in the US. That said, health is worth it.
The health is surely worth. But costs are obviously a detail of high interest. Because the general perception, mine also, was that it would be ridiculously expensive.
On a personal level, prime meat cuts are not on my first choice precisely for cost reasons. Picanha all day long would be nice but... Oh! Well. ;-)
Although it's worth mention that with some care.
Very good points made!
Thanks, that's very sweet!
Jenny Mitich is the correct spelling.

Concerning interviews, you are excellent!
nooo @5MinuteBody is the best channel 😊 the rest are second lol
Carnivore truly is magical. I didn’t want to do it when I started, but I was desperately ill and had tried every other type of diet. Carnivore healed me and changed my life. I’m almost 60 and feel like 20. I never thought I could feel this good and thanking God every day!
BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL!
This is by far my favorite interview that you have done! Neisha is so wise and caring. I have gained so much from her wisdom in this interview. She is also so beautiful and the picture of health.
Thanks so much, Neisha is very inspiring.
Same!🎉
One of the best interviews I have seen on your channel. Neisha is full of common sense, and has a wonderful way of communicating it.
Years and I’m talking many years of not being able to sleep at night….what a difference! I’ve only been eating carnivore now a little over a month and each night I sleep longer as my body is getting healthier. I cannot see me ever eating any other way! True follower of Dr Berry! I’m almost 67.
That’s awesome!! Are you strict carnivore? Sleep is my biggest issue right now
@@Lilybellarose505 yes, I am strict carnivore.
Dr. Berry has saved my life also. I pretty much only listen to Doc Berry these days.
Such an awesome testimonial.. thank you for sharing.
Eye pressure, vision tests, etc. all went marvelous!
The clarity of mind and elimination of depression for me is worth it. 8 months in and feel like I'm 30 years younger!
That sounds so lovely! I’m happy for you 🎉❤
I adore Neisha and I love how kind and sensitive she is. How passionate she is for advocating for yourself for your health is truly admirable. What a wonderful role model. I have followed her and her husband for years.
The proper human diet every person in America needs to listen to their bodies Thank you Barry family
I started carnivore because I couldn't tie my shoes without gasping for air. Now I can, so it's been life quality for me just to lose belly fat. Surprisingly, 30 to 40 other issues have improved too, so no more carbs for me. Cheers!
What a great interview. I attend many of Dr Berry's and Neisha's sessions! So nice to hear her full story and get to know her better!
This is the best interview with Neisha that I've seen. She is so practical and down to earth.
Thank Nurse Neisha and Dr Ken Berry for your valuable continuing advice! ❤
Margaret Breuer in New Zealand ☺️
I did not write this comment!! What is going on!?
My hyperthyroidism( graves disease ) is in remission because of carnivore/keto 😊
Thank you.😊
I definitely want that. My skin is already getting better...im not as depressed. One month in.
Fantastic video and interview!! 10/10! Absolutely exceptional. Thank you, Neisha and Rina 🙏🏻👏🏻🤲🏻
Thank you so much!
Yes 100% agree amazing interview, I’ve just started Carnivore my why, is Colitis’s really bad,
Oh my gosh when she talks about staying up late to get more “me” time - that is exactly what I have been doing. I know it’s not the best choice. And I don’t even have little kids. But late night is quiet, then sleeping in allows me to avoid everyone else’s morning chaos. Amazing to hear Neisha talk about that.
My me time is early morning
Thank you so much
Great interview with Neisha!💓 Love listening to her and you!
It has helped me too.
You guys have great livers
Concratulations on you sucess on the Carnivor lifestyle, Neisha.
Etc 44:31
Neisha is such a lovely person! ❤ Thank you for this great interview!
I'm trying carnivore for the 5 time this year , here we go again !! 😄
Loved this interview! So glad to hear such honesty and hearing it’s ok to find “my” space…. Excellent!
Thank you for having Neisha on your channel. So much usable information.
Tku for this. I fell of the wagon and am back on carnivore as of now. My recall has been getting better but I only realized just now how much it had improved. I have been off for a few days (after over a month on carnivore) and this video has made me review my memory. It has improved out of sight. So back on I go.
I love the carnivore. I feel great. I did jump right in. It's gonna be my way of life
well done Nisha, youre so balanced...i really appreciate this honest balance with ourselves you advise 👍
Thank you for having Neisha on! So smart and knowledgeable and relatable to boot. Love her ❤🎉❤
Thank you for sharing your truth! I love avocados, onions, garlic basil and olives…
I am going to go the slow route to carnivore way of life ❤ cuz I love me enough to self advocate!
Go tribe.
What an amazing interview. Very informative and inspiring. Many thanks from the UK. ❤
Great suggestions! You have a unique way of helping us learn and I like it! A woman’s perspective!

Thank you ladies for this. I have hashimotos and going to do these things you’ve mentioned

Great interview.... I love the berry's... I have fallen back on the standard diet for the last 5 months, 10kg gain, and mentally struggling to get back on ... life is hard, but trying daily
I wish I could give this 10 thumbs up!!!! Absolutely one of the very best videos out there❤
Great video! You both are great. I love listening to Neisha....she is so real, and that is what makes her great!
Might be the best capture of reason, and lack of the dogmatic and fanatical self labeling to a protocol, that dosen't imprison a person to sticking to something that isn't quite right , but Gives reason to go and seek a little further and find what is right!!!
thank you so much Neisha I love how you admit to being human and love being a PHD member
Great interviewer need more videos like this
🎉❤Good interview! You rock Nurse Niesha and Rina thank you for sharing ❤️🩹 Oh and also Dr. Berry 😉
Awesome interview! Love how Neisha reiterates that your whole health journey is individual. You have to do the work to know yourself inside and out, and only then will you know what your body truly needs and what it doesn't! She is a great example. God Bless!
Best interview ever of real practicle advice for success.
Thanks Neisha! Such a a great interview and as a wife.. mom…it really set me at ease on how to transition.. and BE MY OWN ADVOCATE!
One of the best video I have watched since a long time! Love the message Neisha said!!! ❤
After observing an autopsy during nursing school where the pathologist stated “if he hadn’t smoked, he’d be alive” several students smoked their cigarettes IMMEDIATELY after as if nothing had been said…
Thank you for such an honest interview❤. Dr. Berry, you do kind of rock, lol. Making country boys step up their game.
I’d like to see more information on carnivore and reducing the amount of thyroid medication to allow the thyroid to function properly.
Beautiful interview with a beautiful woman inside and out. She and Dr. Berry are a power couple in the Carnivore movement.💕
Just start improving your diet, bit by bit. Great interview with much grace.
God bless all of you.🙏🏻
What happened? What did that Dr do?
Neisha and Dr Ken are amazing people who have changed so many lives for the better. God bless all of you who are informing the public.
