What did you notice on your walk that you usually wouldn't notice?
I notice the gentle breeze , each step I’m taking and each breath I’m inhaling .
Thank you it is a wonderful walking meditation 🙏💗💗
EXCELLENT VIDEO!
At the end I didn't put anything back in its place I needed it all. Thank you very much❤
Beautiful!!!!
Thank you 🌸🌺🌷🌻💐💐🌹🌸🌸💗💗
Last point. I typically do these types of meditations in a garden. Usually I've walked around several times and through different areas of the garden so looking behind to see how far I've come doesn't Usually make sense. I get the sentiment of how far you've gone but for me that is Usually a different concept of how far gone than presented in this meditation. Still a good meditation but it's not quite the same every time I do it.
What a beautiful place to be! 🪴
