Being present and fully engaged in the moment. The calmness in the moment, knowing precisely what you want. You are able to be focused on what you're doing without thinking about anything else. You have a clear thought process, and are able to respond and adapt quickly.
Mindfulness is the practice of maintaining a moment-to-moment non-judgemental state of elevated or total consciousness of one's feelings, emotions, or experiences.
Being mindful can help relieve stress, treat heart disease, decrease blood pressure, decrease chronic pain, improve sleep, and reduce gastrointestinal problems. Mindfulness also increases mental health.

Loved it, felt so at peace for the first time in weeks
A few minutes ago I was feeling that my anxiety is getting so out of control that I am not able to perform basic humanistic functions anymore. After this mediation I can't believe how my mood has changed drastically in a positives way and just wanted to say thank you

Also, I noticed that when I meditate, especially mindfully, my mind drifts off into my imagination. I find myself dancing and frolicking freely on open grass. I see it as a good sign, because I know that happiness and peace are right around the corner. Then I find my way to ease back into the meditation, ready to find my rhythm again. The ultimate result is...well...😁☺️🤸♂️🎵🎶

This is really good meditation which can help to meditate without guidance. I'll practice this one for a month. I have a lot of hope to change my negative way of thinking with this meditation.

During this meditation, my upstair neighbors were trampling, construction workers started digging and a man screamed randomly in the streets below. Rather than being annoyed, this meditation helped me in accepting the sounds as something that is, without judgement, and relaxing despite. (Couldn't help but chuckle at the sudden onset of all those noises just as I started the meditation, though)'

I love your meditations but this one was really magnificent! I usually really struggle to be present and thoughtless for prolonged periods, but this meditation really helped me to achieve truly being in the now. Thank you!

Oh wow I went into such a deep trance it was amazing!!! I had just done a five minute music meditation and then this automatically started so I just went with it and was transported to a different place!! Fantastic and mesmorising!!

I never write any comments whatsoever but OH MY GOD! This meditation is everything. I could never concentrate in any type of meditation before and that is why i lose interest within 2-3 days of trying it but since the past 3 days i have been listening to this piece while meditating and since the very first day itself i could concentrate on it. Love meditating now everyday. This has absolutely changed the game for me.

Rib cage doesn’t expand, lungs do. And how can one feel the touch of skin against one’s bones?! It’s a kind suggestion to please correct these, and also the placement of ad right after the meditation gets over. Otherwise, good meditation. Namaste!
