Honestly, that question "Are You Happy With Your Life" was a shocking wake-up call to me. Talk about turning my focus to my inner self. That single question did it in a heartbeat. I can see that I need to work on myself at least as hard as I work at my job.
Yes i too take this a positive step towards my dream life,yesterday i did this meditation and believe me when i listened are u going in the rigjt direction woke me up as i think a lot about people’s behaviour with me and get hurt and dont fulfilling the things i want but from yesterday i started working on what i really want (my dream life)

Stop the meditation when she says 'thank you'. Those questions at the end bring you right back to overthinking and anxiety

The main part was great and helpful, but the ending pretty much ruined it. Feels like a commercial when you are in a vulnerable and relaxed state.
It is a commercial and I agree we are in a trusting state when they use it Guess they are having success with this tactic.
I think I'll listen to the ends of their meditations before I begin.

Honestly I have been feeling anxious and being scared irrationally recently, more than my normal anxiety, this video helped me out, I just started to get into guided meditation and this was the first one I tried, thank you.
The words used even in the beginning "to move you away from stress" speaks to the frequency of being stressed & not of the frequency of being uplifted.

Same, I like visual representations it helps me understand the perspective better and deal with the clutter in my head.
When trauma induced clutter is so severe, "clear your desk" overwhelming. Maybe some other time I might be able to enjoy this one. At least the woman has a good voice for this work,

This helps me so much to refocus and re-center myself when I get frustrated from the information overload while studying. It's also helped me when my brain was so scattered I couldn't think straight. Only 6 minutes, so worth a try if overwhelmed

I did this meditation the other day and it helped me so much. Today has been awful mentally so I ran anxiously to my laptop and clicked on this meditation and cried the entire time but was quieted by the end through closing my eyes, breathing through my anxiety, and listening and more breathing. Helped clear my overwhelmed and overstimulated mind. Really really appreciate these short and effective meditations. much love. Still breathing hard but this helped me a lot. thank you xx

Sara, your voice and guidance is so very soothing and focused. After listening to this guided meditation on reducing clutter in our minds and therefore in our lives, I had the desire to declutter my desk. To my surprise I was able to find something I had misplaced. Thank you for your guidance. Continue your good work.
I noticed a few comments saying that they felt experience was ruined by questions at the end, my only advice is, keeping in your relaxed state and you know it's coming to as an end, just calmly switch off before ad's, oh and that relaxing voice works everytime and with other videos I don't get this success even although they can be over 20 minute's long, thank you so much 🙏

I was doing this sitting up and it felt like my body was falling backwards the whole video and i was freaking out but when i opened my eyes i was sitting up perfectly fine

I didn’t visualise a desk, but I imagined myself standing on a beach, feeling the sea touch my bare feet and the cool, calming sea air blow onto my face. Every time I felt my body relax. It was lovely and I almost fell asleep 🤣

At 60 I learned that I have ADHD and anxiety from it. This seems to help. I don't want to medicate.
