    I went for a walk and started observing my outer environment. It was so peaceful outside and I was trying to pay close attention to everything around me. I love the idea of experiencing the world through the eyes of a child. I was sensing everything in the outer world. What a great idea for practicing mindfulness with breathing and rhythm. Thank you so much for this walking meditation!

    I'm walking a trail near my house enjoying this. May everyone going through this meditation be filled with an abundance of inner peace :) I'm then going home to make some tea and do some mindfulness exercises from the book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. It's a great day :)
