Your videos are amazing.. i found your channel today and its really great ..i just want to start everyday yoga,wish me lots of luck..;) my body is not flexible..:/ is this 10 mnt for relaxation and your first video(10 mnt sequence)is enough for 2 times a day???(Sorry 4 my English)

Hello! Your yoga channel is my fav!!! Always do it after workout and before bed, the only problem, the volume is tooooo low =( I can barely hear u, gotta see the screen for every position to see what you´re doing.....=( please check the audio! Love u!! Namaste!

Paula I have been following your prenatal and postnatal yoga and all those are so amazing! I just wanted to ask for your advice if you can suggest which of your videos is good for stretch and for weight loss. What about the power yoga? I am struggling with losing weight gained from pregnancy and also a lot of pains and stiffness. Look forward to your response and I will try to do that everyday.
Hi Wei, thanks for getting in contact. The stronger vinyasa based practices will be great for getting everything moving (relieving stiffness) and challenging the body (leading to increased weight loss!) but I would also try to include as much walking as you can throughout your week whenever you can. In saying all of this, it really is a challenging time with little Bub, so much to juggle, so please be gentle on yourself. Good on you for taking the time to practice and let me know if you have any other questions xox p
